Great home for our 58 night stay. Host was very kind and accommodating when we encountered a small issue; fixed immediately! Everything you need in this home. Great location—close to Gulf, restaurants, shopping. We would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

For us the charm of this place was it being away from the busy part of PCB, off the gulf but only a short walk to a public access. What surprised and delighted us was design of the development. The individual units placed close enough to each other to create a sort of courtyard for the common pool and garden. But units not attached made us feel like there was both community and privacy.The parking was great, the use of the garage was very handy. The garage door malfunctioned during our stay but we talked to our host Brian. The door was repaired by the end of the day.The home was set up very well for our family and friends that visited.The master bedroom was turned into a bunk room or kids room.The main floor with open plan kitchen, dining, family room was great.

The home was just as described and shown in photos! The upstairs area was perfect for all the kids! The downstairs area was perfect for this grandma to sneak away from the chaos and relax! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The property is in a good location. A short and easy walk to the beach, and it features a pool. The property needs a good deep cleaning inside and out, and needs new kitchen supplies. There is not enough silverware, and the cooking utensils are broken. We had 10 people staying in the house, and there was plenty of room. The icemaker and water dispenser on the refrigerator were disconnected because they were broken, which was very inconvenient for us. We were only provided 9 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths for 10 people.

Nasty, not as advertised

The place was dirty. I have pictures. The amenities were not as advertised. Grill would not work, no ice maker, no knives to cook with (none) Wine glass in cabinet still had fingerprints. Spatula in drawer still had food on it. Dirty utensils on grill. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were clean. Couch stained, fake fingernail under seat cushion. Throw pillows were stained. I spoke with housekeeper, she said they only top clean. Only get one good cleaning a year. She would not stay at VRBO or air B&B because they don't clean regular. Light bulbs burned out inside and outside. The house was large, but had not been dusted in a long time. Owner said he depended on renters to tell him what was wrong. Not housekeeper. He only goes to rental once or twice a year. I asked or a refund 1st night there. It was declined. I rented for one month, but only stayed 14 days. It was bad As I said, I have pictures. They were sent to VRBO, but they did nothing to help

Family Spot Near Attractions

Including adults and children, 11 people slept very comfortably in this home. The rooms are huge, and we had more space than needed. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids, and the previous issue about one of them being broken had been resolved. The home seemed very clean when we arrived, and the owner was very nice and helpful. I do recommend bringing a few extra towels unless you plan to share or reuse/wash them over multiple days. Also while the beach is a short walk away, it’s not close enough for smaller children or if you’re hauling lots of beach stuff. There are parking spaces at the public beach access but no places to rinse your feet. So be prepared to get sand in your vehicle. The pool was large enough for our crew but only just fine. It was cooler than desirable, so we didn’t swim much. This was because the time of the year, weather, and location of the pool (only gets sun in the middle of the day). I was skeptical about the area, as I usually stay on the West side of PCB. But the location was great and close to almost everything in terms of restaurants and attractions.

Great stay!

Beautiful vacation time for our family. Plenty of room for a big group to sleep. The open style stairs to the upper floor were a bit worrisome having a crawling baby, but that was my bad for not noticing in the photos. Host was very quickly responsive if any safety issues arose. Thanks for letting us stay here, we had a lovely time together!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great time on our annual beach trip this year. This home met all of our needs. We had age ranges from 75-22 months. We had plenty of room to spread out and also space to spend lots of time together. The “teen bedroom” and bathroom was awesome. We had a minor issue with one of the AC units, but the owner responded in a very timely manner and all was resolved perfectly 😃. I definitely recommend this property for large families that want to spend time together at the beach. The access to the beach is an easy walk.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family and the location was so close to the beach. Brian and Jaclyn (the host), were accessible by messaging throughout the stay and were awesome! Our family made many memories and are looking forward to the next trip! I highly recommend this home!

Excellent and beautiful house. Listed perfectly.

This home was listed perfectly, everything was in order as described and more. Very close to beach access. The younger adults walked it in less than 5 minutes, the older cool ones were able to park at public entrance 😀. We will definitely book again.

Spacious Beach House- Room for Extended Family

Brian’s beach house was big, comfortable, and located a 5-10 min walk across the street to the beach. Beds were comfy, air conditioners worked great, and we loved the three levels which allowed plenty of room for our extended family of 10. The pool was great! Brian was very responsive when we had a maintenance issue, having his cleaning lady come over the same day. We appreciated being able to stay.

Celebrating Graduation Vacation

The house is Beautiful and well laid out. Plenty or room for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool and how close of a walk to the beach we were. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. I will definitely book here again.
