Great Place to Stay!

My family and I had a great 7 day stay! Plenty of room and the private pool was a hit! Especially since the beach had red flags flying all week. Very nice place to stay and Ms Donna was a great host! Highly recommend!

Family friendly

We bring our adult children and their families every year on vacation. This home was perfect for us . Having two of everything (kitchens,living rooms etc ) made it easy and the two porch/ balcony was perfect. Wonderful fenced in back yard with pool tops it off.. loved it!

Been coming for years to the area. Last minute plans did not allow us to find what we typically go with - condo unit on the beach. This private house was a perfect replacement for our family. (very accommodating for parents looking for space for their growing families and/or adult children) Beach access was popular, but traffic was easily navigated and overly accommodating as we moved across road with or without gear. Beach "privacy"...nothing compares to this. It's up there as the top 3 selling points of this place.

Wonderful Stay at Panama City Beach

The house if very conveniently located. It was so nice to just be able to walk across the street and be on the beach, but to also have the pool in the back yard. It was not an issue for us, but for some people, it could be a problem that the only access to the upstairs is from outside. Communication with property owners was excellent. The area was very nice. No complaints!

Vacation

Location, proximity to the beach and beach access, and private pool all were top notch!!! The inside could be updated to be more modern but everything functioned as needed. The only thing I would change is having to meet the owners at the property at check in. Al and Donna are very sweet people, but my personal preference is to not have to meet anyone at check in and all of the information be in a text or email.

Bike Rally Vacation

Perfect location! Property was clean and the right size for our group of 8 adults. Beach access right across the street made for really good beach days! Property manager was very friendly and super responsive to questions and concerns we had.

Summer Getaway!

We loved this property! It was great for my family of 12. We really enjoyed the pool as well as the location. Al and Donna (owners) were great as well. We will be staying in this house again!

Location is perfect for softball nationals!!

Close to everything you need. Clean. Beach is right across the street. Pool is awesome for the kids too. Had a blast!

Great Vacation

Owners were very friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout the week to make sure we were doing ok. The salt water pool was a great place to hang out after a long day at the beach or out sight seeing. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Property for 2 families with teens

We had a great week at this property with two families that included 4 teenagers. The 2 full units with kitchens was nice right across from beach access. One thing we didn’t realize before we left is that there is no stairs inside connecting the 2 units. The porches were terrific to sit outside in the morning and evening. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location

We stayed five nights during this busy spring break season. The beach was quiet and the neighborhood is residential which keeps many spring breakers away. The owners were incredible, from check in to check out we had nothing but a great experience with them. The house is clean, backyard is beautiful, and the upper deck was our favorite place!

Great house and location for a family.

Thanks to owners Donna and Al, they made the check in process easy and responded promptly when we had a minor concern. The easy beach access from the house can't be beat!

Wonderful Stay!

We had one of the most special and memorable vacations ever at this property. The location is wonderful and the house is laid out so conveniently. The pool and backyard are amazing. The kids loved spending a few hours in the morning at the beach and then playing in the pool all afternoon. We had so much fun sitting on the front porch watching the cars and the ocean. We ate almost every meal on the wonderful front porch. We were there during the pandemic so I was worried about crowds, but this house is located in an area where the beaches are very private! People never got too close to you at the beach and there was so much room. I've never stayed in Florida where there wasn't rows of chairs blocking my view of the ocean, but not here! You have a front row seat to the ocean because there just aren't that many people around. The walk to the beach is so easy--we commented how it was easier to get to the beach from this house than staying at a high rise place and having to take the elevator down 20 stories! My kids loved all the bunk beds and my parents were able to stay downstairs the whole time which was great. We mostly did takeout and there are plenty of places to choose from--we fell in love with the NY pizza restaurant that's right down the street. We had our groceries delivered and we were in heaven! This is such a great place and the owners couldn't be nicer! They are so responsive and help you if you need anything--they've thought of everything! Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation 2020

House was in good shape at arrival. After the first night we noticed a few minor issues. I contacted the property owner who immediately took care of them. Owners are very nice, and super accommodating. We actually left 6 shirts in the closet by mistake and they boxed them up and shipped them at their expense. True sign of Customer service. The pool was a great bonus and they came and checked on it several times to make sure it stayed balanced and clean. Enjoyed the stay very much! Thank you Al & Donna!

Beautiful home and stay!

This duplex is perfect for any group, and Al and Donna were the perfect hosts! The condos were very clean, and the backyard and pool was a beautiful spot for all of us to be together.
