The home was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. You can not beat the location either. Plenty of space for both adults and kids to spread out and play/relax. Lovely home and the property manager was attentive to anything that we needed.

The house was clean and spacious. We loved that it was located across from the pool. The a/c in the home worked great! Our kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. and having a grill was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the property. The home is beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living room, modern kitchen and the bedrooms were so comfortable and more than plenty for our team of 7. The house was exactly as described and provided all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The location on the house to the proximity of the pool and the entrance was ideal with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for us to venture. After a small hiccup with the grill, we called maintenance who came out and fixed immediately, we grilled 3 nights and sat to enjoy our dinner alfresco in the courtyard. We highly recommend Rossana's Beach House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely return for another visit!

Perfect rental for a large family with teenagers

We enjoyed the location and all of the amenities of this Seacrest beach home. The layout was perfect and there was tons of space for our large family. Our only complaints are there were no beach towels provided by the rental, or the management company, so we had to purchase some. Not exactly easy when you’re flying to the destination. Also, the furniture needed to be cleaned but overall it was a perfect rental. The management company was very thorough and provided us with all of the detailed information we needed. Everything else was great!

Beautiful and clean home - sleeps a lot

We loved the home and the location. The home was just across from the pool, and the tram was easy to get back and forth to the beach. Everything is walkable - lots of restaurants and shopping. Home was well decorated and comfortable with plenty of seating for our group of eight. Would definitely rent again.

We will be back!

This was the perfect house for us since we had 4 teens and 2 adults (and still plenty of room!). The game room was very fun, the pool is just across the street, and the house had everything we needed. It was even ready early. The self check in is great! I just wish we would have known how to get the pool bracelets since we were early, but once we got in the house, there were instructions on that. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Family beach trip

We had an excellent vacation! We loved the location and everything about the house! Loved the easy access to beach and restaurants! Loved the tram to the beach and biking around! We will come back for sure! Internet was a bit funky and we never got the smart TVs to connect so that was the only bummer for the kids not being able to use the movie room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Fabulous home, great location!

We loved the Rosanna beach House. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures. There was lots of room for everyone in our party, which included grandparents, a teen, young kids and a baby. The location is a 5 min walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Seacrest beach. It’s a 10 min walk to the Rosemary beach shops and restaurants. A couple of things came up during our short stay and the maintenance team was very responsive and very efficient via text. They helped us with the fire pit and heating issue in a very timely manner. Couple of nitpicky things: the floor was not very clean, the cleaning crew need to do a better job as our feet were very dirty each day; the pillows weren’t great and should be larger for king beds. Definitely recommend this fabulous home.

Wonderful Space

This is a great space for families. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment- we made our full Thanksgiving dinner with all trimmings. ONLY issues- we had to contact management ALOT for things we wish they would have been more pro-active with...bands for pool/beach, key to fire pit, access code to get in when we got there did not work, wifi code in email did not work.... Book for new guests needs to be better updated and email needs to match.

Wonderful Girls Tennis Getaway

This house was perfect for the six of us. It was well appointed and we loved the indoor and outdoor space. We only wish there was more lighting outside on the patio so we could have stayed outside later. The rooftop space is a lot of fun too. Great location for the beach and pool.
