Upon arrival, our AC unit was out. I called to have someone sent out and was told to just turn it off for at least an hour and turn it back on. We did that and nothing. It was 87 degrees in the condo. After MANY phone calls back and forth, the tech finally got sent out and the issue was resolved, however, it did not get below 80 degrees until after 10pm which made for miserable sleeping.
Another issue is the showers in all 3 bathrooms. In 2 of the bathrooms you are not allowed to use the sprayers on the wall, only the two shower heads on the ceiling. In the 3rd bathroom, only the bottom four sprayers work.
We also had extreme issues with cleanliness. There was leftover dried chunks of food left in the pots and pans and SEVERAL utensils and cooking items had leftover crusted food on them from previous tenants. There was trash left in the floor in 2 of the bathrooms upon arrival as well.
Our AC went out again, 3 days later. It took SEVERAL calls to the company to get someone out to look at it.Tech said he couldn’t do anything. After several more calls, another tech was finally sent out at 8:30. At this point it was 88 degrees inside the condo. He did a temporary fix (his words) and it took hours to get below 80 degrees.
Pictures provided are VERY outdated. I’ve machine doesn’t work. Freezer wouldn’t freeze popsicles.
After all of this we were only given a $260 credit for the issues when we paid thousands to stay here.
