This house is not kid friendly! We had so many issues with this house! The house was disgusting when we arrived. There was used feminine product in the bathroom drawer. Sand all in the house wasn’t swept or mopped. (Didn’t have mop or vacuum so we could clean it up ourselves) Dirty dishes was left at the house. Boogers on the walls in bathrooms. Candy wrappers left in the house. The dryer didn’t work, contacted them new dryer was never delivered. The grill was nasty and full of ash seemed like it had never been cleaned. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The air conditioner is set at 74 and u can’t turn it down it keeps resetting to 74 we woke up sweating every night. Security issues for our family. We did not feel safe the front door does not have any interior lock so the keypad lock is the only lock on the door small children can easily open door. But while we was there for the week the property manager told us of 3 people (maintenance, cleaning, an outside contractor of fire dept) that would be coming in the house. At night we couldn’t lock the door so that random people could not enter in the house who had the code. The house sleeps 9 but we had 5 plates and not enough silverware 1 spatula. Stairs very steep not kid friendly. No baby gates on stairs inside or outside on deck. The dishes r stacked in cubicles by the door not in cabinets. Nice house but not maintained. The house and furniture is different from the one pictured. We rent similar houses yearly this 1 was the worst!
