Family Friendly Beach House

This home was so comfortable and spacious, our family throughouly enjoyed our week there. It was the perfect setup and stocked well for a family with little ones. The walk to the beach is doable and the gated community feels very safe and quiet. The kitchen is also very well equipped so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Loved that Publix was 5 minutes down the road as well. Overall a really lovely home and would come again!

Awesome location!

The house was great for our family. The neighborhood, beach front pool, and close beach access were awesome. There is a great patio area and back yard. We rented the golf cart and it made getting our stuff to the beach so easy. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very cute and clean. (The rooms that are not pictured are also very nice- no worries) The property manager, Lisa was the best! Very nice and quick to respond to any questions. There were lots of beach toys and chairs, and access to the beach was an easy walk. The pool is a little on the smallish side, but is fine for kids, so don’t expect anything grand. We appreciated that the pool area bathrooms were kept clean. The beach was great- this was in July- there were lots of people, but definitely not as crowded as a public beach access. Like the other reviews stated; bring your own extra towels and washcloths. Highly recommended!

For our family of 10, the four bedroom house was perfect. Everything was as advertised, from easy access to the pool and beach, beach chairs/umbrella, quiet, safe, gated community, and beautifully decorated clean house. We would definitely stay here again. MMD

It was a very nice home... convenient location to pool and beach.... Also 5 minutes from Publix!!!! We felt short on towels as I had to wash towels one to two times a day.. Would love to go back to this property soon!!!

Amazing vacation rental

This house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibility need to enjoy our stay. We ate in the whole week and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our own beach items but there were plenty in the garage to borrow. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our evenings on the back patio.

Exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to return.

This property was even more ideal than we originally anticipated. It had room for days! A spacious, clean and well appointed house with COMFORTABLE BEDS and no one was bumping into each other. This was a family vacation with adult children and spouses traveling from Nashville, Chicago and Washington DC to spend a week with us. Our 5 year old granddaughter was also with us and we all had a tremendous and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen and of course loved exploring local restaurants. The gated community was so easy to navigate and could not have been more conveniently located short of being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The bonus of a beach front swimming pool was a special treat for our granddaughter for evening swims in the steamy heat of the summer. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a golf cart to help take our beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pregnant mama to the beach was handy. Though we brought our own, we were surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys abundantly in the garage. The gas grill on the back deck was sufficient for our purposes but a little on the small side and we were happy to clean it up before and after we used it. These hosts have just covered every detail and obviously work hard to keep everything in pristine condition. There is just nothing to criticize! Thank you for a wonderful week of family vacation.

Perfect House

8 adults stayed here and place was in perfect location and perfect size to meet all our needs. It was very well stocked with kitchen items and had extra mini fridge and wine fridge. I would recommend and come here again.

Beach Stay

The property matched the description and the stay was just as expected. We did a fair amount of dining-in due to COVID and I was glad to see that the kitchen was well equipped and had nice quality appliances and cookware. The only disappointment was that as a renter, we learned you cannot use the pool designated for the owners, which was heated on a cool temperature week and very close to the home. Beach was fantastic, beachside pool was fine and a very close walk. We enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the home.

Home was perfect for our family. It was as pictured and short walk to beach. Well stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. Meticulously CLEAN. The grands were disappointed that the jets did not work in the master tub.

Awesome house

This house was perfect. We came for a baseball tournament in PCB and was so thankful we didn’t actually stay in PCB. Traffic was awful having to drive to the ball park. Very thankful for the smaller crowds once back in Sunnyside. The gated community felt super safe. We could leave our beach carts and chairs outside with no fear of someone stealing our stuff. The short walk to the beach was very easy and we didn’t have to sit 3 or 4 families deep on the beach like we saw at other places. Traffic was light and the grocery store was close and not very busy. The house was plenty big. Kitchen and dining room was spacious enough for everyone to hang out and did not feel like we were sitting on top of each other. The kids loved the bunk room. The master bedroom/ bathroom was huge. The closet itself was big enough for us to spread all our clothes out and have our own dressing room. The house was designed so we didn’t feel on top of each other. Air conditioner kept the house super cold and felt great when we came off the beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook/grill. Fridge was big enough to hold all our food. Loved the extra little fridge for the adult drinks so we didn’t have to use regular fridge space. The rental company always answered when I called with a question. Check out was super easy and really didn’t require us to “clean” before we left. As we left, our kids asked if we could come back to this house next year and they have never asked that about any other house we have rented. Thanks for an awesome house.
