The beach access was exactly what we wanted. I have a disabled daughter and this was perfect for her to be able to see the Ocen and beach from the back porch. And a added bonus was there was beach toys and beach chairs available for us to use and a large table and chairs on the back porch for the whole family to have lunch and enjoy the view. Thank you again and can't wait to come back again.Also all beds where very comfortable.

Vacation 2023

We were there July 23-28 and it was great! Location is perfect…. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for us…. Will definitely stay here again

Best location

We loved this vacation spot. Will for sure be on our list to book for years to come. Location, cleanliness, and accessibility to the beach.. we enjoyed this stay more than any place we have stayed before. 10/10 recommend.

Beach Getaway!

Clean and cozy property. Very close to attractions and restaurants. The best part is when you step off of the back porch, you are immediately on the sand!

Fantastic stay

The townhome is exactly how it was listed. The location was perfect and the location to the beach was just what we needed. So many extra beach amenities included. Our vacation was perfect. We will stay here again.

Won't find a better location

Kelsey's home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Being able to step off the back porch and be on the sand was amazing. Home suit our needs entirely.

Don’t sleep on this gem

Very clean and excellent location. Not that we spent much time indoors, but the appliances are top notch, the beds are comfortable, the living area is fit for a crowd or a couple, and the view is beautiful. The patio and direct beach access were everything we wanted. This place at this price is unbeatable. Plus, Kelsey communicated quickly and easily. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the place. It is right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. I always get a back ache sleeping in other beds and didn't here. The place was clean and centrally located making it easy to get to stores and such. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Bachelorette Getaway

Amazing home, I will stay at this property for further visits! Everything included.. beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for us 8 girls. Back yard is the ocean! Very private, not near the busy area 😄

Great location

This was our second time visiting PCB First time in this house would highly recommend staying and would stay again. The property was great just would recommend a few upgrades on patio doors and patio furniture. But definitely won’t stop us from coming back. Owners were great to deal with .

Sweet Spot to enjoy Ocean

The location and over all property amenities are great - we loved being few steps away from the ocean and be able to go back and forth without worrying about saving or losing our spot at the beach. One thing that could have made this reservation "priceless" probably investment into better mattresses - or at least a memory foam toppers... The current mattresses took away from the experience leaving us tired and with body aches in the morning. As a side note, the traffic in the area is absolutely horrible - you can lose hours from your day trying to get to a store few miles away. Therefore - plan accordingly.

Clean but need maintenance

All rooms very clean, kitchen/fridge/counters floors and bathrooms all exceptionally clean. These things made us comfortable in the stay to a point, on the negative the living room furniture is deeply stained and in desperate need of professional cleaning or replacement, same with the patio furniture, weather ridden and not kept up, we could not use the patio furn. Other minor issues kitchen cookware all rusted, stairwell rail and other fixtures in need of painting. Having said all that, overall our stay was pleasant because of the general cleanliness, it hard to find any rental clean but this one did the job, but the furniture and kitchen ware was off putting. I would consider staying here again if these items were addressed.

Great spot and thoughtful host!

This unit was well designed, clean, and thoughtfully stocked! Great spot just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. Direct access to the beach right outside the back patio was amazing and such a treat and so easy for our family. Kelsey thought of everything for their guests. You literally don’t need to bring anything except food (if you want to cook) and spices /condiments and coffee( for coffee drinkers like us :-). I mean every small appliance, grill, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, floaters, even a play yard for the baby. Additionally, the check in process was seamless, Kelsey responds quickly to messages, and the check out process is minimal compared to other vrbo owners/properties. All the bedrooms are on the second floor so be mindful if you have elderly or really little ones. The experience was great and we will surely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The condo was nice. The outside patio was very dirty though. We were not able to use any of the furniture out there. There were cats that would lay all over the furniture and then leave hair all over it. We spent most of the first morning trying to organize and clean up the patio. All of the boards and chairs left were either broken or too dirty to use as well. Luckily we brought all of our own boards and chairs so this did not effect us. The write up does say something about not needing to bring those things so just forewarning the next renters. The walkway to the beach also could use a little work. When you stepped off the steps you could smell cat poop immediately. There was cat poop all throughout it and burrs that were very pocky so shoes were always needed to walk in the sand which was a bummer. The walk to the beach was very short which was great. The condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked. Bathrooms were stocked. The beach was perfect, not super busy which was a huge bonus!

Annual Family Vacation

Loved this Cozy Beachfront Townhome. The place was spotless when we arrived. Kelsey was responsive and very kind. The pictures are spot on. Easy walk straight out the door to the beach. Great views and close to many attractions and restaurants.
