We had a wonderful stay at this home over the Christmas holiday. Check-in was seamless, and the host was always available and responsive whenever we had questions. The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—our pups especially loved spending time in the backyard! The house was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Everything was great!!! host was amazing and very responsive. Amenities are awesome for a family and pet friendly vacation. they were sweet to put out some snacks for everyone as a welcome!!! Would definitely recommend this house!!! Location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at Korin's place Oct/25! Our pups loved the fenced backyard and we loved the heated pool and short walk to Laguna beach. The home size was ideal for an extended family vacation as the upstairs has lots of space and a loft area with a TV for those that wish to stay up late watching movies. Overall, the home was clean and comfortable. The host Korin was great to work with and very responsive. A few things to note; there is a convenience store two doors down on Hwy 98 that we found helpful for a couple things we missed at the nearby Publix, also if you plan on cooking during your stay then you may find bringing your own quality pan and a sharp knife helpful. We're back home in beautiful Colorado but are already planning our return trip to the outstanding Florida beaches of the Emerald Coast!

Home was just as described, very nice, pool was a bonus, my only thing was, I would have liked to of had a dresser in downstairs master, when I travel I like to unpack. But overall excellent stay, close to everything.

Great stay! Extremely clean, well furnished and had all the amenities for a beach vacation. PCB had a water-main break somewhere in the city and shut off water to the whole neighborhood for about an hour. Not knowing why the water was off at the time, I notified the property owner and they responded immediately and had cases of bottled water delivered. Great communication and an above and beyond approach to matters they have no control over. By far one of the best stays i’ve ever booked. Thank you!

Lovely home. With all the extra things some charge for. Games and beach things, lots of beach towels and comfy surroundings. The pool and fire pit a definite plus as well. I hope to book a stay annually!

Property was as described. Rather new and in great condition. Short walk to back access. Short drive to allot of great ships and dining. Owner’s communicated very well and provided a lot of details and amenities. Nice pool and backyard. I would stay here again.

Second time staying here and can’t say enough amazing things about this property! Korin and her team make the entire process stress free. The house is perfect and has an upscale feel. The theater room upstairs was utilized by the teenagers and was nice for them to have their space. Pool and outside amenities were perfection as always. I will always try to book this place first if we can. Location is out of the hustle and bustle of PCB but close enough to be anywhere in 5 minutes.

Perfect for families!

The search for the perfect house is over! We absolutely loved the layout of this house, decor, and comfort/privacy of the backyard and pool. Everything was so nice and spacious, we didn’t want to leave, but we will absolutely be back!

Overall, the property was amazing. It was a short walk to the beach, and the house was impressive and clean. The pool and outdoor area were cozy. I loved the kitchen and the overall appeal of the house itself. I would definitely come back.

Spring Break 2025

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Seafoam. It is walking distance from the beach, perfect for early morning sunrise walks. The home was clean, well equipped & great for a group. With two master suites, 2 rooms with bunk beds & 2 lounge areas, everyone has space to spread out. The yard is fenced which makes traveling with children & or a dog stress free. Communication with the owners from booking to checkout was a breeze. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great stay!

We stayed at this house for our spring break get away. Location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a church on the street with a basketball goal and small playground our littles used for an afternoon. The backyard is fenced in with a tall privacy fence. The back yard is nicely set up with a fire pit, pool, table and extra seating. The inside is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. We had enough towels and beach towels. There is a pack n play, high chair, and walker. Beach/sand toys, floats, and beach chairs. This was super helpful when traveling with a toddler! Starter kit had ample supplies. This is the first place Ive stayed that has provided hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The owners have really thought it through providing a lot of extra details to make a great stay for families. I highly recommend this place and would certainly stay again!

Very nice rental in PCB

Had a really nice stay--rental in great shape. 3 and 1/2 bathrooms was fantastic and appreciated the 2 living spaces. The pool was a hit and good location in PCB. Very communicative host that made sure everything was good.
