Great Summer Vacay!

Great trip! Plenty of bikes and chairs for beach! Short walk to beach! Waterhouse coffee and wine bar was great to pass by everyday and get a cold drink to go.

Great beach house!

Great location and cozy beach house. This was our 2nd time staying in this house. Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc. highly recommend!

Wonderful family spot

Wonderful spot for a family. Comfortable and clean space, short and easy walk to beach, extremely convenient to pool. Loved the included beach amenities (chairs, toys, wagon)…were very helpful. Will stay again!

House was great. It was very clean. All the beach gear that was available was awesome. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Our rental contact Eric was awesome and answered any question very quickly.

Great Property!

This was a wonderful property. Very clean and comfortable with a lot of extra amenities (movies, games, beach gear!). Bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The location was wonderful!--very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet.

Great location and very well equipped

5 of us had a great time, it’s a great location for the beach and a short walk / ride into Rosemary etc. the house had everything we needed, including bikes in the shed and chairs for the beach. Eric was very quick to reply and was great to meet in person. We would highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!

Loved it!

We come to this area often and have stayed in magnolia cottages several times. It's our go to location. This was our first time in this particular property and we were not disappointed. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for our family. There were lots of toys in the shed outside for the kids to play with at the beach, bikes, etc. The walk to the beach is a breeze, just a couple of minutes, and very close to the pool. Only really minor thing worth mentioning is the upstairs patio over looks the neighbors pool area, so if the neighbors are out, not a lot of privacy up there for either. Maybe a simple fix to that might be a shade you could roll down on that side for some extra privacy. Fantastic place to stay, the host was great, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Summer vacation 2022

We really enjoyed this property due to the proximity to beach and ease in getting to and from. The house had everything we could need including bikes and extra beach chairs. Our only complaint would be parking. It was very tight and could only accommodate 2 smaller SUVs.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was spotless and in great condition and a quiet and quaint neighborhood. We were close to everything and enjoyed biking around the area. The beach was a short walk away. Our property manager was responsive when we had a question and gave some great suggestions of things to do while we were there. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy well equipped home

Beautiful cozy home! Thank you for sharing it with us! The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Many thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable. Loved the nice screened in porch to enjoy on of the books they had on hand. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The shed was stocked with nice beach chairs, bikes and toys! We will definitely stay again!

Very Relaxing and Clean!

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. A short bike or drive to Alys and Rosemary to eat and play. The house was very clean and as described. There was everything we needed for our stay with our 3 year old. It was a nice touch to have beach toys! Eric was responsive when we needed assistance and we would stay again in a heartbeat - trying to figure out which weekend will work to come back next year. 30A is our new vacation spot!

Beautiful home!

This home was in a great location to the beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood and safe as well! The whole home was stocked so well- games, all the beach gear and movies. Just the right amount of pillows and blankets which is always a plus. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds in a separate room with tv. It was very clean from ceiling to floors and in between! We ventured out to the shops at the Hub once during the day and then back again at night for food- a good place for families to go. If you’re going walking or bike riding, take a right onto 30A for less crowds and more scenery. Will definitely be back!

Close to beach and a drive away to shops

Everything was great. Eric was perfect! The walk to the beach was real close although the private access is only to allow you access to the beach. You still need to walk down to get top the public beach. Not too far so it worked just fine. Due to the nature of the surrounding area, there were some mosquitoes we had to deal with so keep that in mind. Things that could come in handy that were not available were: ziplock bags, foil paper, salt and pepper ( they have a huge selection of all types of seasonings except these), extra soap especially if you are staying more than 2 nights. The large frying pan was scratched so we felt uncomfortable cooking with it especially since it was nonstick. Even with these things all 3 of us had a wonderful time. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach were stunning finds and we will be back to revisit those areas. These areas are close but not within walking distance. Bicycles would definitely come in handy to reach these areas as they are just out of reach by foot.

Great Set Up!!!

Everything is as pictured and described in the add. Eric is quick to respond to any questions. On days when we had rain, or in the evenings, we used the boardgames and video games on site. The screened porch was nice to eat a meal and to hang out. The furniture and decorations are modern and everything functions properly. Walk to the beach is about 4 minutes. Cart and chair were defiantly a bonus. We will defiantly stay here again.
