Our stay went smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was great. The shower could’ve been cleaner, the communication could’ve been smoother (as in all through the VRBO app instead of rental company portal, emails & texts), and for the price, they could’ve been less stingy with amenities (like providing coffee filters, salt, a Bluetooth speaker instead of a CD player…). We might stay here again someday, but next time we’ll roll the dice to see what other options are out there.

Perfect Property

This was the perfect place for myself, my husband, and our 2 y/o daughter. I would stay again in a heartbeat. You get access to Rosemary beach and the 4 pools in the community. Our daughter slept on the fold out sofa bed. I will say the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but a two year old doesn’t mind that. We could walk to restaurants and shops nearby. We rented bikes which was fun for getting around as well.

We loved our stay, it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved how quiet it was but still so close to the action. The carriage house was a perfect fit for our family of 3. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful location!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing time at Rosemary Beach. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a lovely peaceful neighborhood near the pool right off S. Barrett Square where you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, and clothing boutiques. The beautiful Rosemary Beach is just a short walk away. The carriage house is a comfortable size for 2 people. Though we enjoyed the day outdoors, it would’ve been nice if the TV was bigger as we enjoy watching movies in the evening. The homes are very close together which is part of the community charm so for privacy, the shades need to be rolled down which didn’t allow us to enjoy the beautiful sunlight. If I could suggest top down shades, that would make an amazing difference allowing the daylight in while providing privacy.

Amazing Stay in Rosemary Beach!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Rosemary beach is a beautiful town. The property was wonderful and in close proximity to the town center and the beach. It was also close to one of the pools. Highly recommend this property. The value was great.

Great location to explore 30A, loved that we could bike everywhere and being from California it was nice to see how clean everything was. Beaches were great, awesome we had access to a private beach right there. Super easy process to book and stay, RealJoy was great to work with. Thx

Great Beach Stay! (but poor contract terms)

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Rosemary Beach is a beautiful place. Everything went as planned. Only thing I would change is a few of the contract/waiver sentences which the manager requires guest to sign before getting access. A few lines which probably were written by a lawyer and do not reflect how they would actually treat a guest in certain unlikely circumstances. I did call to discuss and was told by customer service that "we would not do that".... so my request is to update the language to match reality.

amazing location

Overall we had a really great trip. You cannot beat the central Rosemary Beach location, the space was clean and communication with the rental company was great. The space is definitely tight though, and doesn’t have some of the extra amenities that might be helpful on a beach vacation (beach towels, beach chairs, etc).

Weekend in Rosemary Beach

The carriage house was perfect for my husband and me for a long weekend. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach and the town square. We rented bikes and went for a long ride up the path along 30A. We had an amazing dinner at Citizen in nearby Alys beach. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here as our first official vacation together. Everything was just as promised online, and we fell absolutely in love with Rosemary! The carriage house is in a perfect location and walking distance to so many shops. We will definitely be back! I especially loved reading in the early morning on the balcony. Would recommend!

Family Vacation

We had an outstanding week stay here! My wife, 4 year old daughter and I had plenty of room and were comfortable. We utilized the pull out couch for our daughter. Space was very clean and functional. Outstanding location and close to everything but quaint and quiet where the actual house is. 10 minute walk to the beach and less than that to shopping and restaurants. 3 minute walk to the closest pool. Great stay and would definitely come back. Owners were in town and were very nice people who genuinely want their guests to feel welcome.

Rosemary Beach Get Together

The property was in a great location! Walking distance to shopping, dining and the beach! It was a perfect size for me and my sister. It definitely could use some sprucing up. Furniture, carpet, bed mattress (very uncomfortable) could use an update. The cleaning service needs to clean under the bed.. dust bunnies at least an inch thick plus drawer pulls on kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky! Also need to add an extension to the ceiling fan pull in the bedroom. Could not use it because it was too high for us to reach and was set to high.

Great weekend getaway for my daughter and I

Sunsets at Rosemary beach was perfect for my daughter and I to celebrate my 60th birthday. We rented a one bedroom carriage house which allowed us to stay at Rosemary beach which was perfect. It was small and cozy even with a cute little balcony to drink your tea and read. The place had everything you needed accept for a dresser or a place to put your luggage on to live out of it but the stackable tables worked for us. The couch was very comfortable too. We will definitely be back again!!!

Perfect getaway to get refreshed and ready to face the daily grind again.

This is a wonderful property, perfect for our little family of four. It was comfortable and within walking distance of everything. We kayaked in the ocean, laid on the beach, built sandcastles, and sampled every restaurant we encountered.
