Great house!

We loved this house. It’s right across from the beach access point and the pools/village are also a close and easy walk. The beach is not crowded and the included chairs were a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful small rental across the street from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our stay for my daughter’s wedding. Perfect location. Any issues we had were handled immediately by the staff who were very friendly. Needs beach towels and more hangers. Also we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed (last minute guests joined us) and you need an egg crate topper or something to improve that mattress.

Amazing location

Enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Lizard. Beach was less than a minute walk. We had everything we needed. The hole was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and cozy

I sent the property owner a couple things to improve on, but the house was cute and cozy. I would stay here again!! Check in and out was a breeze! Quiet and charming neighborhood.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Lazy Lizard. The house is steps from the ocean. It is an easy stroll to heated pools, shops, and more. The house itself was clean and as described in the listing. We would certainly stay here again.

Love Carillon Beach

This is our 5th time staying in Carillon Beach. We love the location with Publix across the road, the quiet beach and safe, quaint neighborhood. The Lazy Lizard was just enough for our family of four, very clean and comfortable and just across the street from the beach access. We thank you for a great stay!

We loved the house. It was as close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach. The house was very functional and met our needs very well.

Cozy cottage with great location

The property was clean with an awesome location directlyacross from a walkover to the beach. This was our 1st stay in Carillon and we absolutely loved the property/community. The check in and check out process was smooth and no issues. The owner was amazing and communication was great.

Carillon October Getaway

Excellent location, only a minute walk to the beach and a couple minute walk to the closest pool. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Weather was great in late October and beach was not busy at all.

Truly an amazing property and location. Beach access was just steps away from the front door. Home had all the amenities necessary for a family of 4. We could not have asked for anything better. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from all the craziness this is by far the best you will find. We plan to be back and even discussed making this an annual family trip.

Lazy Lizard was perfect for our family!

We traveled as a family (my wife and our two teenage boys). The Lazy Lizard was perfect for us because of the location and amenities. Only about 75 feet from the front door to beach crossover. Also, easy walking distance to the basketball court and Paradise Gym (both huge for our boys.) The included free beach chair setup was a nice touch that we used daily!
