Welcome to Southern Aire, offered by High Tide R and R, is the perfect beach house for small families & couples! Just a short walk down the street to public beach access, Carousel grocery store and Thomas Donut! This home is equipped with a driveway that has ample space to park up to 4 vehicles or a combination of car/truck/recreational vehicle/boat!

A golf cart is included at the home and may be used once golf cart waiver is signed {this will be sent upon booking}. The golf cart is a use-at-your-own-risk amenity offered.

Up to 2 dogs per reservation are permitted, pending weight/breed approval from host {for insurance purposes} and pet fee added to reservation.

Enjoy local favorite eateries like Back Beach BBQ, McGuire's Irish Pub, Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar, Amici 30A Italian Kitchen, Amigos 30A and many more restaurants nearby!

*Note: Southern Aire sleeps 5 guests. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
