The house is great. It’s a great layout for a big family or group of friends to have their own space. Huge kitchen, lots of seating option and two sets of washer/dryers. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was the perfect temp to take a break from the beach but stay outside!The only real downfall of the house is the pool alarm(I’m sure it has to be there for safety/code reasons and completely understandable. If you’re not familiar with what it is, it’s pretty annoying with a high pitch buzz if the button is not pushed each time. I just wish there was a button on the outside to turn it off before opening the sliding door to go back in the house. Also, a way to be able to keep the door open longer. Other than that, the house is perfectly situated on the beach and we had no issues at all!!We would rent this house again for sure!!

Perfect Beach House, but Awful Management

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely incredible—everything about the property itself is perfect. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with fantastic amenities. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the beachfront location is breathtaking. It truly felt like a dream vacation spot.However, the check-in experience was horrible due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional manager (a blonde woman). Even though the check-in is supposed to be contactless (as per an email you get a few days before your stay) she was at the property. Before we could even step inside, she was already threatening to evict us, completely unprovoked. She was yelling at some of the girls in our group and being aggressively confrontational for no reason. Even when we checked in, she just moved her car to the next driveway and WATCHED us. It was an awful way to start our trip.Later in the stay, when a repair guy came to turn on the pool heating, even he apologized for her behavior, making it clear that this wasn’t a one-time issue. It’s disappointing that such a stunning property is managed by someone so unpleasant.If you can overlook the terrible management, this house is absolutely worth it. But be prepared for some unnecessary drama at check-in!

everything was as listed! clean, beautiful views! loved staying in the floribama shore beach house! my grandbaby enjoyed the pool every day! my only suggestion would be to have coffee filters and basic condiments like salt and pepper.

Ladies annual trip

Clean and comfortable. Quick response to fix broken alarm on door to pool . There was an incident with a poorly constructed cover over the pool pipes that we hope is not an issue for others, as our friend did get hurt. Right on beach and short walk to beach bar. Not a great view of beach from patio because of sand dunes but would stay here again. The 2 queen mattresses upstairs were uncomfortable. Other mattresses very comfortable

Nice, roomy, and modern

We kept wondering why people were taking pictures of this house. Finally, someone told us that this was the house on "Floribama Shore" TV show on MTV. This place is nice and roomy. The only thing I would do differently to this house is the walkway going to the beach. I couldn't take all of the gear to the beach (in one trip) on the wagon because the walkway has stairs, so I had to make three trips. (First-world problems)

Wonderful home

We completely enjoyed our time at Burnt Bottom. It was clean and comfortable. Having so many bathrooms was an added bonus. We enjoyed the short boardwalk to the beach and the plunge pool!

Great house and location

13 of us (Grandparents - tweens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room when all of us wanted to be together, and plenty of room when we didn't! The house layout is great, and the kitchen was well stocked for the amount of cooking we did. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive before/during our stay. The pool is VERY small, and when heated is more like a big hot tub, but still enjoyed. We would definitely return for another stay, and highly recommend.

Perfect Location

I've vacationed to PCB for nearly two decades and can honestly say this beach location was the best I've ever experienced. The house was outstanding and perfectly accommodated our family. The small pool was an added bonus especially when the kids weren't feeling up to going to the beach. I hope we can book this location in the future.

60th trip

6 ladies all turned 60 this year and took a trip to panama. The accomodations and the in/out process was awesome. We each had our own bathrooms and the steps to the beach was nice. We really enjoyed the pool. I would reccommend this propoerty again.

Perfect!!!!

I couldn’t have picked a better property if I tried! There was plenty of room for all 20 of us, plenty of bathrooms, and the view was exquisite. Washer and dryer upstairs AND downstairs which was really nice! Just a short walk on the beach to Pineapple Willys for food and drinks! Close to a lot of things to do! Super easy check in and check out and the property manager was very timely in answering any questions I had! Such an amazing place for our annual family reunion!
