Nice get away

Thank you for the welcoming home. My family enjoy everything about this house, including but not limited to its location to the beach, restaurants, parks, and of course Captain Anderson. There is not anything I could recommend to improve your rental property as every person have their small preference which does not take away from this beautiful home. However, I would say that the bunkbed area may need some attention due to poor air circulation. Maybe the back section of the house was an add on. Also, have someone check the water in the full bathroom on the main level. A family member was saying it was only supplying hot water. Maybe the valve is failing because they didn’t mention it again after coming back from our fishing expedition. I did need to reach out to management (Mr. Neil) regarding a lost electronic device that was left, and he was very responsive in my concerns. With that being said, thank you again and we are hopeful to rent with you again next year.

Would not recommend

The owner responded to my messages right away, we were able to check in a little early, which was very helpful. The pool is much smaller than we expected. Unhappy with the black mold through the entire house especially in the master bedroom. I let the owner know about the issue and he said he'd let the cleaning staff know. In my opinion, he didn't seem too concerned with this serious issue though. Would not recommend because of the concern for our family being exposed to the mold.

Nice beach house

Over all it was a very nice stay. Great area snd beautiful beach. The house was nice and had everything we needed. We had a problem with the upstairs toilet, but the property manager sent someone out that day, they were not equipped to fix it, so he sent out plumbers the next day and it was fixed promptly. Tbe only complaint i had was the beds in master were noisy and not very comfortable. Overall i was happy with our stay.

Property was nice and very close to the beach. The pool was smaller than what we thought just by the pictures but the kids still enjoyed it and had a ball! Everything we needed was available plus additional things like beach toys, pool toys, etc. The only feedback I have is that it would have been helpful to know everything ahead of time of what was available at the house for us to use prior to the day of. Thank you for a lovely place to stay and make memories with my family.

Nice neighborhood, beautiful house and 2 minute walk to beach. We had 11 people and everyone had space. The pool was nice especially when we put the EZup over half of it. The cleaning people were efficient as they had a to clean up a huge mess left from the group before us and then came back to unclog a shower drain within an hour of us contacting Neil. Would recommend.

Our stay during the July 4th holiday was excellent. Beach Access was great. Plenty of sleeping room and the house was very large. We were enjoing the outside shower until somone showed up and took it down

AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wish I could give this place a billion stars! Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed here for my sons annual birthday beach trip and was his first time in Florida and it was the best! The house was so clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. The owners a great, we had a small issue with the pool and within 10 minutes of getting in contact with Neil he had someone out! Such a short walk to the beach, and within 5 minutes of all the attractions we wanted to do. Once you stay here you’ll never want to stay anywhere else. I could see our family coming back here year after year.

Fam Bam Vacation

We brought our big beautiful family to our favorite vacation spot. The house is amazing and plenty of room for the 16 of us. The pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Communication with Neil was fast and helpful always! I highly recommend! My only concern was the parking area is very narrow and no street parking anywhere close. We made it work with some extra tight parking for 5 cars. Thanks again for the great stay!!

Wonderful house and LOCATION

We had the best time at this house! So close to the beach! We walked there every day. Toys, boards, chairs, tent, all there for you to use! Super clean house, with pool and patio area. Seriously everything you need! Close to some good restaurants and treat shops! We hope to stay there again!! 10/10 recommend!

Sleeps 11 well!

We had an excellent time at this property! Well maintained, good location, nice to have the small pool, and we appreciated the canopy that was at the house so we could bring it to the beach (very short walk). We also walked to a few different places nearby like the mini golf and ice cream shop.

Thanksgiving @ Albacore Adventures

This was my first VRBO rental. We normally use our timeshare. However, needed something that would accommodate three families. The house looks just like the pictures. So, if you’re bringing little ones, beware, there are a lot of nick-knacks and tempting decorations. Our youngest resident was 9, she enjoyed the pool. There are three pools in close proximity and I think, we could hear the one facing Albacore St, “bubbling and cracking “ whenever it got quiet. That was a little annoying. There was enough hot water for everyone to shower daily. The spiral staircase needs to be tightened and the master bedroom bed was not comfortable to me but husband said it wasn’t bad. It’s like a 2 min walk to Gate 19 and the sugar sand of the beach. There were little things here and there but overall the house checked all the boxes. 10 out of 10, would reserve again.

Amazing

Let me start with telling about the host, Neil was amazing. We was on vacation celebrating my wife’s college graduation and my daughters birthday. Neil let a card for both of them with chocolates and wine. The house was exactly what we wanted close to the beach and a swimming pool. The interior of the house was pure comfort with all the amenities of home. We had 13 in our group and had plenty of room.
