Everything that the description listed was extremely accurate and the hosts were fantastic . The most responsive and wonderful vrbo hosts we have encountered. We will be back to Rosemary beach and using this same property- it was one of favorite trips with our 2 year old!

Great place and location. Very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Only issue is we could not get the stovetop to unlock. I’m figuring user error but we ended up using microwave. All was good. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!!

Rosemary Beach cottage

Lovely small cottage. Clean, comfortable, great location. Rosemary Beach is beautiful. Red flags up so no ocean swimming. Very quaint town. Nice to have bikes available-thank you!

Multiple Issues

Our biggest complaint was the king bed was soaking wet our first night there. It appears something was spilt or hopefully not, it was urine. You could not sleep on the bed given how wet it was & the location of it. They came with fans & large equipment the following day which were set up in room. Staff was in & out the whole day. We basically could not use our rental in its entirety for the first 24 hours. I am pregnant & the goal of our trip was to have a relaxing space to stay & rest as needed, which unfortunately was not the case in the beginning. We asked for at the least some compensation which they declined stating they did not see that this issue was big enough...Unfortunately this was not the only issue we experienced throughout the week there. When we first arrived, there was no check in sheet like they said which led to us having to text them multiple times with questions. Also after they were done drying out our mattress, they left our door unlocked with all our belongings inside. Very unhappy with our stay here overall.

Spring Break

Overall the place is nice and in a great location. The outside could use a little freshening up. The steps on the stairs are faded and need to be stained. The view of the pool downstairs is dirty and could use a nice power washing. The water in the shower never gets completely hot, just warm but I am sure that’s an easy fix. Again these are simple fixes. Location is fantastic and close to everything! I would recommend this place.

Location and everything great with just a couple of things needed.

Luxury stays would include a couple of unexpected things and also a couple of expected. One would be a couple of towels hooks somewhere other than back of doors. Something for beach towels. Since there is no laundry there needs to be a place to dry them. Two would be a EVOO and salt and pepper. The

Perfectly located and relaxing stay!

My husband and I visited last week for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. The property was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops, as well as the beach and pool. We weren't there much, but it was the perfect place to drop in as needed throughout the day between activities. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend Rosemary Beach, and this accommodation!

Minimalism at its best

Nice little carriage house. Clean and neat, everything in order. Definitely a good rental for two adults with or without small children. close to everything. Parked the car and put away the keys!

Very clean and maintained property with a great location!

The carriage house was close to the pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property was very clean and maintained. The bedding was soft and comfortable. It was nice to have the loft for an additional bedroom and 1/2 bath. Communication throughout the stay was excellent! My only suggestion would be to have the house number visible to the street. It was a bit difficult to find at night. However, we were provided with timely support to help us get into the property. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect location. Beautiful Space

We loved our visit to Rosemary Beach. This unit was close to everything. Right off 30A, close to the main strip in Rosemary. Easy beach access and pool around the corner. The unit was very well done and beautiful. I would 100% book this unit again.

Excellent property

This property was wonderful! Very short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants - close enough that we really didn’t need bikes to get around. The fridge looked small in the picture, but it was a deep fridge that had a shallow upper shelf that could slide in and out for easy access to the stuff placed in it, and afforded plenty of room for chilling drinks and storing some leftovers and sandwich stuff. The lower section had a freezer with an ice maker (the single door opens both sections at the same time) that made enough ice overnight to stock our medium-sized ice chest for a day at the beach. Master bed was a bit worn in, but still very comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. Our family of four was very comfortable during our stay here and we would definitely book this property again!
