Multi-generational family of 10; we had a great stay - plenty of room for everyone, easy access to beach, pool and town. Views were spectacular and Kristen was extremely responsive and accommodating with her communication. A great location and experience - highly recommend.

We have traveled to 30A for 10 years and this home is my favorite. It’s so close to the beach with amazing views. The walk to Rosemary is super easy. I loved being close to Rosemary and away from the crowds. The home is spacious and has everything needed for our home away from home. The kitchen even has a large crockpot which I’ve never seen in a rental before. We loved our stay and would return to this home again.

Great house..The private beach was not that private and a lot of the neighbors were rude about their property. The actual space that we were allowed to set up on was small and very confusing to find especially with the rude neighbors.

Exceeded our expectations! The perfect week!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Now I Sea. This house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. We stayed with 12 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gulf views in the morning from the second floor deck and spending our afternoon at the pool after a long day at the beach. Kristen and Rick were quick to respond to every questions that we had and helped us find a local kennel to watch our cat for the week that we were there. It truly was the perfect family vacation. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

2024 Family Beach Trip

WOW! What a great house for a 10-14 family member vacation. It was perfect from the start with communication with the property owners who were fantastic to the location only steps away from the beach. House was well maintained, everything was as listed and worked to perfection. When we return this will be our first choice to stay in Inlet/Rosemary!

We loved this house!

Our family loved everything about this house. The location is perfect - right across the street from the private beach access and just a couple houses down from the community pool which felt close to private, as well. The views from both balconies are incredible! We really enjoyed dinner and drinks out there as the sun was setting. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. They are like sleeping on clouds! Our kids loved the bunk room and entire third floor that they had to themselves! Our hosts really thought of everything and were extremely responsive when we had one issue with the lock on the door. They immediately sent a repair man and had it fixed that day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Kristen and Rick!

Prefect family get away!

Loved the size of the house for a large family. Loved the close walk to a private beach & community pool. Lots of outdoor seating for family games & gatherings. Beautiful ocean view. Our family had a great time at this beautiful home. Get hosts as well!

Our son-in-laws comments 'awesome location, new, clean and great space.' My husbands comments 'House was minutes from Rosemary Beach and 1 minute walk to the beach (private and public). House was very well equipped, very spacious and very bright with lots of windows. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Also a wonderful private community pool 1 minute walk as an alternative to the Ocean. Great location in a well cared for home.' My daughter and I planned the vacation and we both said 'we did good'. Our families want to come back next year and stay longer. Kristen's prompt responses to our questions during the planning of our vacation was much appreciated.

Amazing Ocean View House!

Kristen was so great to work with and fast at communication. We had 3 families stay in this house (ages 20 months-42 years) and it was perfect. The ease of access to community pool, beach and Rosemary could not be beat. We had a wonderful time!!

Great place to stay!

This house was very nice for our family. There is a private beach access across the street to the left and a public beach access across the street and to the right. The beach chair service guy is very very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The easiest way to book with him is through his website ahead of time. The view is pretty much blocked directly in front of the house now because of a large home that is being built, but there is still a nice view looking to the right where you have a beautiful ocean view. Parking for four large SUV/Trucks is awesome, not many places have that. It is basically in Rosemary, we walked there several times and it was only a 10 minute walk. There were just a few things I guess you would call complaints/ suggestions. There were very few bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, we had to wash the ones we had several times because there were so few. There was also only one dish towel. We had to buy a couple at the grocery store. There are no bikes to use, most places come with bikes and or a golf cart to use. And the TVs need to be upgraded. They are old, bad pictures and not smart TVs so you can’t log on to your accounts you use from home like Netflix, Disney ect. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but when you have kids, it’s definitely nice to have. The upstairs area was really nice for the kids, 6 kids could sleep up there and they have there own bathroom. Just be cautious with little ones out on the 3rd floor balcony. Overall great stay!

Amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect location in Inlet Beach and a short walk to Rosemary Beach. With young children, being able to take an easy walk to the house for "emergencies" was priceless. The pictures in the posting are even more beautiful in person. We'll be going back!

Amazing location

We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 10 years . We absolutely loved this location because it us close to beach, pool & shops at Rosemary. The house is well stocked and with adequate space for a large group . We had 12 adults two littles . Air conditioning is nice and cold and decks are perfect. Definitely a house we would book again.

Wow! Beautiful home/view

Excellent location. Beach access was so close. You can walk back and forth btw house/beach no problem. The house is beautiful. We had a party of 12, everyone had their own space and loved the house! Beds are comfortable. The sunsets are amazing from the 2nd/3rd floor balconies. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing trip!

We loved our stay at Now I See! The location is amazing- just across the street to the beach. The main floor balcony is large and comfortable with a great view of the water. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. We are already palm king our trip back next year!

Awesome location!

My family and I had an awesome time staying at the Merriam’s house. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walkable into Rosemary to visit the shops. We loved it so much, we have already booked another stay for next summer.
