Beautiful Home at the Front of Seacrest- 3 Bikes

  • Catch of the Day es una casa de estilo playero, hermosa y simple con 3BR + Loft y 3 baños.  La casa de lujo de estilo cabaña está decorada por expertos y está a solo tres minutos a pie de la playa y a un minuto a pie de las piscinas. El aspecto exterior de esta casa realmente le brinda la satisfacción de estar en la playa y sentirse como en casa. No es demasiado grande pero tampoco es demasiado pequeño, con los árboles y los jardines que lo rodean, lo que lo atrae y lo recibe con calidez. También hay una nueva parrilla de gas para uso de los huéspedes!



    La sala de estar y el comedor se entrelazan perfectamente y proporcionan una sensación muy abierta y cómoda.  La cocina es espaciosa y completa con electrodomésticos de acero bien mantenidos. Hay un dormitorio de matrimonio en el primer nivel, con un baño adyacente. El lujoso dormitorio principal y el baño principal se encuentran en el segundo piso. El tercer dormitorio con una cama king y el baño adyacente también se encuentran en el segundo piso.  El tercer piso tiene un altillo más adecuado para niños, pero puede adaptarse a cualquier edad.  Hay 2 camas individuales con camas individuales en el tercer piso ,.  



    Ubicado en Seacrest, usted como huésped puede disfrutar de la piscina estilo laguna de 12,000 pies cuadrados, la más grande a lo largo de 30A. El tranvía (destinado a propietarios e invitados) también puede llevarlo al acceso a la playa cuando esté listo para disfrutar de la arena blanca y pura del Golfo de México.



    ��No tienes ganas de cocinar? Hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia a pie, incluidas las cabañas abiertas recién terminadas con tiendas, y los restaurantes están rodeados por el área común cubierta de pasto del Towne Center. Location is great. Family friendly for families with kids of ll ages. The pool was great, access to the beach was perfect. Loved the community. I have never been in the 30A and will be making a return trip for sure!

We had a great 4 day stay - 4 adults and a 3 year old. Everything was wonderful, close to the Pavilion area for shops and restaurants, then 10~ homes away from the pool. Could walk to the beach or take the free tram by calling to schedule a pickup. Use of the private breach required us to rent chairs and an umbrella which were pricey, and the beach area was packed. Nevertheless we enjoyed it.

We really enjoy the house. Location was ideal. The down side came with the security guard at the beach gate! We had already had 2 encounters where he could have been more pleasant ( also heard this from multiple people). The final blow came when once again , while NOT at his post, my daughter comes though with a small rolling cooler. He chasing her down the promenade asking for her bracelet which she showed. Then he said she couldn’t roll the cooler through. Being a small cooler she said ok and picked it up. That didn’t satisfy him saying those were the rules. (Read all the signs later and never saw that rule). He radio the guard at the steps to stop her. She dropped everything up top and came to the beach. Fast forward 4 security guard later, words were flying on both ends at this point and they were trying to throw us all off the beach. Guards called the police and police thought the whole thing was ridiculous. Told us to have a nice vacation and not to worry about the situation. However, as we left the guy at the 1st check point had his phone videoing us even after I asked him not to!For this reason we will not ever be coming back to Seacrest! I have family members that come several times a year and they also said the would rent elsewhere

Perfect Space for our two week trip

Granted it was just my husband and I that stayed in this 4 bedroom space, but we do have a larger family and though that the space would be great for them too! The place is true to its images and descriptions. We slept in the master suite and the space was large and comfortable. Beds were soooo comfortable. All beds had the same nice mattresses. We enjoyed the decks off the bedroom and loft. The poor chairs could use a repainting as the paint chipped off all over when we sat on them. The washing machine and dryer were large and seemed new. We used them a few times and they were great. The TVs were nice, we could log in to our Netflix, Hulu accounts easily. The location was a 7 minute walk to the beach (we timed it). And less than 5 to the pool. The pool was closed for repairs the full 2 weeks we were there so that was disappointing. At least the weather didn’t depend on it as temps were cooler. Everything is within walking or biking distance so we didn’t need a car the entire time we were there. The pantry was spacious. Many, many shelves. Overall good experience!

Directly behind Peddlers Pavilion and parking lot

We had a great time, but I think it’s only proper to know what you’re getting. This is an older home (well, older for this neighborhood) that is well kept! The location is across the street from a parking lot with surrounding streets being busier than average. On more than one evening, I heard music and conversations coming from this parking lot after the 10pm designated quiet time. Nothing crazy, just what you’d expect from a parking lot. However, being so close to Peddlers Pavilion meant we could walk down to grab food, snacks or shopping easily! The hike to the nearest tram station was a bit of a haul, but we made due. The bikes were in need of some attention. We ended up renting bikes. As for inside the house, there was tons of towels/wash rags. We never ran out. The kitchen utensils were a little lacking, but we got by. Overall, we felt that the price for what we got was on par.

Met our expectations

The property was in pretty good shape given the age of the home. If we return to the area, we would strongly consider a repeat visit to "the catch of the day".

Excellent location near rosemary and front of seacrest. Lots of space in house

The house was great with a lot of space. Only complaint would be it was super noisy in the mornings with construction or something. Also - this isn't a complaint about the property, but the seacrest community overall. It's a pain getting to the beach with all the rules with the access and no rolling wagons or coolers or bikes. The security guards are super strict and rude. Plus, the private beach access is super crowded when there is a ton of beach on both sides that is not permitted for use. If I was a homeowner in seacrest , I would be trying to find a better solution for beach access.

Great spot, shortest walk to everything

Everything was great. Extremely short walk to all of the shops, eating, and pools. House is exactly as listed. Clean and no weird smells (which is usually an issue with beach houses). Bikes are available but are aging in the elements. Although not technically Rose Mary beach, you wouldn't be able to tell. Could walk to RoseMary shops and eats.

Seacrest Beach

It had everything we needed. There was a rowdy bunch that stayed before us so the coffee table and an ottoman were broken and some wall hanging Inge were missing but the new owners will hopefully fix it. Location was excellent.

Needed cleaning

The property was dirty and had broken furniture. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning food off kitchen walls cleaning every hand rail in the house that were covered in dirt and sweeping every floor that had sand on it. Furniture was broke and very worn down.

Great property, great vacation!

My family and I stayed at the house for a week for a family vacation. The location was perfect! The pool was amazing and it was also very easy to get to the beach, especially with the transit system. The place was clean and tidy and had several items you need to feel like you're at home. I would recommend to any others looking to stay here!

Clean and Comfortable, but Loud

The house was very clean and had a large master suite which was nice. However, it is located across from a parking lot behind Peddler’s Pavilion area. This created an echo effect. The walls are also very thin. We could hear an entire conversation of someone speaking at normal levels outside from our bedroom and any other room. The worst part was we were next to a house full of spring Break guys. From 11am-1am most nights it was constant yelling/smoking, etc. We called security and it resolved a tiny bit. Security said 3 other people had called about them too. This was unfortunate as my husband works 80 hr weeks and has MS so he needed lots of rest and the very thin walls prevented that. Overall, clean and comfortable when we could not hear people outside. Property managers were a delight to work with as well. We would rent from 30A Vacay again, just unfortunately not this house due to the issue above.

Great spot!

Clean, comfortable, and lots of room for our family of 4 + grandma to spread out. A short walk to the beach, pool, and shops/restaurants in Rosemary. We enjoyed having the bikes available to use, the gas grill, sand toys for the kids, etc. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Awesome neighborhood!

This home was a perfect fit for our family. The community was amazing with a HUGE pool, private beach access and everything within walking distance. We had dinner at La Cocina more than once and stopped by the little ice cream shop most nights! We can't wait to come back.
