The communication with Hollie was top notch, she was very responsive to any questions! The house had everything we needed for our stay! Thank goodness for the tram because the walk to the beach access is quite the haul when carrying all your beach stuff, otherwise it's not too bad. Walk to the pool is just a block, not bad at all. Beautiful community, everyone is so friendly. Everyone in our family loved the bikes!

Great neighborhood with a community pool and close to the beach

We had an amazing time.The house suits multiple families, it was clean and had a lot of amenities.It was close to the neighbourhood pool and the tram to the beach was easy to use.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

For the first time visiting Northwest Florida, we were unsure as to where to stay. We picked a great spot! Everything was within walking distance or a very short drive. The community pool was a hit with our grandchildren. The house was conveniently located, very clean and organized. Highly recommend staying here.

Our Secon Time at Grace Havens

As with our first stay we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace Haven. We love the house layout and how well equipped it is. Very convenient to pool and short walk to the beach. We like renting beach set as the beach space available for the public is very limited and can get very crowded.

Beautiful Home

We had a family of 6 adults from Texas, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The house was beautiful and very up to date with all of the necessities we needed throughout the house and in the kitchen. It had many porches for us all to hang out on, and the living room and large dining room table was perfect for all of us to gather. The beds were so comfortable. We all want to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay in Seacrest. Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space. Bikes provided as well as beach chairs, etc. Great location - close to village shops as well as beach access. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Accommodation was great for 6 adults and two kids. Tram service to beach was excellent. The pool area was well maintained and supervised. The walk to the beach is 10 to 15 minutes. The house was well appointed.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time! Great location, fabulous pool, responsive host and gorgeous weather. Beach access is smaller because of chair rental companies but clears out later in the day. We had a couple of great beach days at Inlet Beach which is only a couple miles down the road. Loved the crab cakes at the neighborhood entrance and always live music in the evenings. A fun time had by all!

Great Location

Your house was great! We loved the layout. Everyone had ther own private space. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our group of 9. Thanks for getting the high chair. The shuttles to the beach were so convenient and the lagoon pool was amazing!

Beautiful home - 30a

The host, this home and the listing description were perfect! Our host was very kind and answering all of my 20 questions right before we got into the home. She was very patient and helped us through a few things. The house was exactly as it should have been and was described to be. It was a beautiful home and a great space. Everything worked well! This was our first trip to 30a. I give this five stars but coming to this area in the summer was so saturated and I’m not sure if we will do that again. Keep that in mind if you’ve never been to the area. If we do come back, we will absolutely choose this home.

Perfect house!!

We loved our stay at Hollie’s home and would absolutely stay there again! Great location, safe, clean, plenty of space for everyone and nice amenities!! Take note: Hollie is nice enough to offer 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs that come with the house, but the area on the beach where you can place those chairs is very small and people are packed in like sardines. Make sure you book beach chairs way in advance so that you don’t end up on the back row, like us, with no view of the water!! It was $150/day to rent 4 chairs and an umbrella from the company that rents on the beach. I would ask Hollie for their phone number and plan in advance.

Great stay!

We had our family of 8 stay here (3 adults and 5 young adults) and had a blast! We usually stay in Rosemary Beach, but we were very happy here! The house is beautiful and comfortable, the tram service is great, and we could easily walk to all of the restaurants and activities! We loved being able to hear music every night in the pavilion if we so desired, and we also appreciated using the included bikes to sightsee down the quaint streets of Rosemary, Seacrest and Alyssa. We would definitely come back here on a future trip!

Great 30A Property

We spend every year at a 30A property and this one was fantastic. Lots of space and the owners are generous with the extras (bars of soap, extra linens, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) We would highly recommend this rental to friends. My only recommendation is to move the check-in time to 4PM and check out time to 10AM.

Great stay!

The home is both beautiful and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating with our needs. It was nice that hand soaps were in every bathroom along with extra toilet paper, especially when you are going for just a long weekend. It’s the little conveniences like these that make a difference. We will definitely be back just not soon enough. I definitely recommend Grace Haven to everyone looking to stay in Seacrest! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home with lots of room for 6 girlfriends to spend a weekend away from all our kids! Toiletries were limited, and we had buy wine glasses, but the location was perfect!!

Double family vacation

House was beautiful and well-stocked with fantastic amenities. The pool was spacious and offered plenty of seating options and space where it never felt crowded. The dedicated beach space was entirely too small for the amount of homes in the neighborhood but that was the only drawback of the entire vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was top-notch.

We loved Grace Haven!

Excellent property! We have been coming to Seacrest for 7 years and this is the 6th different property we have stayed at. I think it is the best so far! Grace Haven's location is fantastic...Judy a short walk to the pool and 20 steps to the tram stop. The place was incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. This a place we will definitely stay at again!

Great Location!

As much as the location is great, that’s about the extent of it. Upon arrival the floors were covered in sand. Didn’t seem as if housekeeping vacuumed the floors at all. We immediately got out the vacuum and started cleaning the sand off the floors. The living space does not accommodate the amount of people the home will sleep. So for gathering around the tv or just to sit and chat with all the girls…didn’t happen bc of limited space. Upstairs bedroom doors to the outside would not lock and when the storm blew in, the doors blew open and were a struggle to close. The tram pick up was fantastic! However, the amount of beach space that’s available for the area…insanely small. We were literally crammed in like cattle in horse trailer. Unfortunately we will not choose this location again. We have stayed on 30A for years with this being our first time at Seacrest Beach but it will be our last! So sorry I don’t have more positives to write about.

Beautiful house!

We really enjoyed the house. It is very pretty, and I especially liked all the framed verses and sayings. The bedrooms are all a good size, and this house met our needs very well.
