Ocean Reef Vacation

We were very happy with how clean and well appointed our condo was! We had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was exceptional - roomy, comfortable, and oh, that view! There was a small issue with the washing machine, which was addressed in short order. The in-building parking was very nice, albeit a bit tight. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. With 3 elevators, we rarely had to wait. The beach access was super convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

Perfect place

Wonderful place to stay with the kids. Pools and beach access were perfect. Sky bridge to walk over for parking is super convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful, constantly cleaning the grounds all throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

Accommodation

The 2nd bedroom was very deceiving from the pictures when I booked it was full buck beds and there was no closet and the bedroom was very small in the room and no closet. There was no place to put your food other than on the cabinets no pantry and the tv guide in all rooms never told us what was on the channel but otherwise everything else was good.

Sunset paradise

Beautiful gulf front condo. Perfectly fit our needs. Everything was clean and very nice especially the owner's suite bathroom! Wow! We loved the balcony and watching the sunsets. This condo is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Just as pictured

The location is unmatched! Right on the beach with miraculous views! Cozy, yet stylish condo. Perfect getaway for family fun. The only issue was the security at the resort...they kept bothering myltiple guests over minor things at night, but would definitely go back.

Aqua Resort 306 Stay 7/14-7/19/24

Difficult check-in. Did not receive the gate code for the parking garage and had to hunt someone down to help us. Took over an hour. Room was very nice with good location. Entire facility was very well kept and clean. Beach service was non existent they put out the chairs I. The morning and never seen them again. We had to raise our own umbrella daily and three of the four days our spot was number wrong or not numbered at all. Worst beach service I have seen in 40 years of travel. Overall good stay though and good location.

Beautiful view from balcony

Location was perfect for walking to Pier Park. There were so many things to do nearby that we never moved our vehicle the entire 5 day stay!

Amazing views and location

This was our second time staying at Aqua. We love the condos and location. The bunk beds were perfect for my two kids to have their own rooms. The issues we had were out of the owners control but our AC was broken when we arrived, the washer broke and flooded the floor, had to get a new washer and dryer installed late in the evening, and the AC broke again when we left. Even with these issues, the management company was quick to address them as quick as possible. Can’t beat the views when you wake up!

First stay at Aqua

We have been coming to PCB for years. Traditionally we stay at Splash. I do really love the location of Aqua. I didn’t realize I had to print our parking before we got there, but security helps. Check in was smooth. We couldn’t open everything we needed to online and they texted us the info. I will say RealJoy management is the best management company I have worked with in responsiveness and positive attitude. We stayed on the 3rd floor to use the dedicated 1-3 elevator, but it was broken. Elevators are fast and upgraded. Apparently the management company was notified there would be construction during our stay, but nobody notified us. For 2 days they were grinding balconies very very loudly. The condo itself is nice overall. Our favorite part was the upgraded master shower. The hall bath is dated. My kids refused to use it. Just looks dingy. So all 5 of us used the master all week. We did need/want the full size beds, but you can take one step in and the room is full of bed and zero additional space. The “blankets” were glorified sheets. The washer and dryer are not full size fyi. The washer had mildew. I asked the maintenance to fix it, they came up and it looks no different. The dryer took about 3 cycles to dry towels even after check lint. All the sewer drains backed up on the pool deck and bathrooms by pool. We had to leave early, disgusting and smell. Then our a/c went out in condo. Called, no maintenance available and all out of fans. We were just stuck with hot kids.

Great stay!

Everything was perfect. Just be aware the guest bedroom is a bunk bed. Not much room but extremely comfortable! No complaints. Master bath was incredible!
