This property was not prepared for guests and did not meet basic cleanliness, safety, or amenity standards.Upon arrival, the home was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. Floors were so filthy that feet turned black when walking barefoot. Walls were stained, the bathroom exhaust fan was thick with dust, outdoor patios were extremely dirty, and trash was left outside near the entrance. There was excessive pet hair on the front mat and throughout the home, including the stairs.Basic necessities were missing or unusable. The wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were empty, with one fixture found on the ground. There were no bath mats and no functional way to properly make coffee. We had to purchase basic household supplies ourselves.There were also maintenance and safety concerns, including a broken window that appeared to be damaged prior to our stay.Additionally, based on information provided at the property, there were serious concerns that the home was not legally rentable at the time of our stay. This was communicated to the host immediately, along with photographic documentation, and the host did not acknowledge or address this issue.While beds were made and towels were provided, this does not offset the overall condition of the property or the lack of response from the host. Given the cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, unresolved safety concerns, and questions around legal compliance, I would not recommend this rental.
