This was our second year staying in the home and it lived up to the same standard as last year. House is very clean and you can't beat the location and views! Tyler and others were very responsive any time we had questions leading up to and during our stay. We traveled with our 98 year old veteran grandfather, so the elevator was an important feature and it worked perfectly and he really enjoyed being able to get around the house easily to be with the family. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning again in the future!

Vacation rental of dreams

I booked this rental for my bachelorette after seeing it in an instagram post and direct messaging the person who posted it to get the details. Because the place looked AMAZING and it truly was. The view of the ocean from the rooftop infinity style pool was unbelievable. All the beds were great, as well as the rooms and amenities. Would definitely stay here over and over again!

Malamazing!

We had a fantastic week at the beach, due in large part to this awesome house! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the spacious rooms with 14-foot ceilings and comfy beds and especially loved hanging out on the top floor with the beautiful views of the ocean! The location is fabulous, within a 2-minute walk to the public beach access and a short walk or bike ride to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach (longer bike ride to The Hub/Big Chill 30A, but it’s doable!). We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house, Perfect location!

This house was by far one of the best we've ever rented! The view was amazing, 3rd floor pool was the perfect size for my kids (ages 3 and 11), beds were comfortable! The main living area on the 3rd floor was able to accommodate all of us for game night and family dinners! The only upgrades that could be made was the rooms didn't have dressers to unpack clothes and the patio furniture could be updated. But those pale in comparison to all of the perks and were definitely manageable. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the memories!

Amazing location and view!

The house and view are better than pictured. This house was so well maintained and clean, and everything was luxurious. The view was amazing, and we loved lounging on the 3rd floor patio by the pool. Will look forward to staying again!

It was a very nice property, well cared for, the pool was excellent, the grill area could use some implements/tools. It would be nice if the property provided beach accessories. The elevator external door sometimes failed to unlatch with wasn’t a problem for our taller members but the shorter members would have been unable to reach the release latch.

Great stay

Absolutely great house in a great location. There was so much to love about this house. The rooms are all very spacious. There were eight in our party and no one felt crowded. The rooftop pool was a hit with everyone - we stayed there as much as the beach! The decor is very relaxing and designed for vacation use which was very welcome. Would have given five stars but there were several appliances that were not working at the time of our stay. Managment was alerted and I’m sure they are operational now.

Excellent home for 8 adults!

Great location to walk to the beach! Beautiful view from the 3 rd floor deck & pool! Nice to have elevator & two living areas. Queen room a little tight compared to other king suites.

Girls bday trip

We really enjoyed this property. The house is beautiful and the location is amazing! My only negative is there are no dresser in any of the bedrooms do you basically have to live out of your suitcase other than that I would highly recommend this house.

The property was great with an awesome view of the gulf. We really enjoyed the balconies and the third floor pool. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. A few things that they could improve for their guests. They said we couldn’t turn the air up past 72 and the home got very warm overnight and made it pretty uncomfortable. Especially during the summer! Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, so by the 3rd day we were completely out and had to go buy our own. Also, the outdoor furniture was very dirty. As much as the rental cost it would have been nice for the outdoor furniture to be clean. Otherwise, the location is great right by the beach. And the home is beautiful!

Mala House Vacation

This is a wonderful property in a location that is very convenient to everything 30A has to offer, especially the gorgeous beach! There is active construction in the cul-de-sac, but then again there is active construction all over the 30A area so that wasn't unique to our location or this property. The construction noise was not bothersome and the workers were very respectful of not starting too early or finishing too late. Overall, this is an excellent property in a great location.
