This place is exactly as described. The check in process was not one I have experienced before, but it worked well. Instead of the email with all of the information, you log into a portal for the information about your townhouse.
The checkout was one of my favorites because we weren’t expected to do a ton of things before we left. All we had to do was lock doors, trash out, dishwasher on, and check the thermostat - it was a relief.
There were chairs and some small things left in the garage we could have used if we needed them. There is not a garage door on this unit, like many have - no big deal.
The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils galore, cups, etc. My only complaint about the kitchen is the slope in the tile that I tripped on multiple times.
They left a sufficient amount of dishwasher tablets. There was no hand soap, but they left a small bottle of dish soap. There was one brand new roll of paper towels, but they were thin and I definitely needed more. The toilet paper is thin as well, so I got something else for the duration.
I reached out to the management company before we came down since Hurricane Ian was making landfall and we were quickly responded to and told it was not impacting the area.
Overall, this place was wonderful and we are glad we stayed here!
