This house is adorable!! Our family of four (two teens) loved staying here. We wouldn't change a single thing. The location was perfect if you like the quieter end (which we love). The super nice grocery store across the street was so convenient. You can see the Gulf from the front porch. Thomas Donuts was a very short walk down the street. We loved sitting on the front and the back porches, so cozy. The outdoor shower was one of the nicest ones we've encountered through all our travels. The beds were super comfy and our teens said they slept better there than at home. The house is fully stocked on absolutely anything you could need. Our kids used some beach stuff from the shed and we loved the beach towels provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shower soaps, all provided. We didn't need to pack or buy anything extra. Communication with Ashley was great. She was very helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again. Its a beautiful house that feels like a home just a few quick steps from the beach, which was never crowded.

Perfect Stay!!

My family loves the Laguna Beach area, not overwhelmingly busy. We have stayed in this area numerous times. The Historic Nautical Gem is just that!! Ashley was wonderful to work with before and during the stay, she was extremely helpful and professional. The description of the home is spot on in the listing. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house, outside grill was great too! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The house also had plenty of towels and beach towels, no need to bring any if you are staying here. The back covered patio provides plenty of room to lounge at night. The shed in the backyard has plenty of beach items including kids toys for the beach and 6-7 beach chairs. Overall, this place was a 10 out of 10! The best part is its location! The Carousel Grocery store is right across the street, we love this grocery store. The beach is steps away from the front porch, you can see the ocean while standing on it. I would highly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you Ashley for an amazing stay, we will be back!!

We loved our week in this home!

We loved staying in this home so much! Our family of 5 had plenty of space and felt comfortable. We love the style of the home from the wood paneling to the decor and personal touches that make it so unique. The home is well stocked with cookware, towels, paper goods, soaps, etc. The back porch is large and a nice second living area. You can see the gulf from the front porch. I could really get used to a grocery store across the street every day! Communication with the owner/manager was quick and efficient. We definitely plan to book here again.

Perfect vacation home

The Laguna Beach House is just amazing. Hands down this is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need to have the perfect vacation is there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we made many meals together. Beach access is steps away from your door. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were in the Fisherman’s shed available to use. The neighborhood was super quiet and friendly. We felt right at home. Linens, decor, and and furnishings were simply beautiful. A lot of love went into this property and it shows. We really wanted a place to unwind and relax, and this house was just the place. Ashley was lovely to work with as a host. We will be back soon!!

Memories last forever

The historic beach house is a place to make memories!! Before I booked our trip, I came across the historic beach house,, I felt like this one particular house was calling our names!!(we rarely get to go on vacation). I booked the beach house, every room was beautiful! We had the best time, the host went far and beyond to make us feel at home!! The location was awesome, We will definitely book this historic beach house again!

Amazing house and the view of the Beach from the front porch.

The beds were like sleeping like a Rock Star. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need and the place was labeled. The back patio was nice to sit in the mornings. The place was decorated very nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Hidden Gem

This was my second time to stay at this house while in town for a little business, and wanting to experience a little Beach. The house is literally across the street from both the beach and the locally-owned grocery, so you can fly into the PCB airport and take an Uber from the airport and literally never leave the house and beach. Slice of heaven and so well-appointed with amenities and all you need. Can’t wait to come back!

Beach Charm with Luxury Amenities

This is a newly renovated historic cottage and just Wow! This place is amazing! Professionally designed and impressive amenities from top to bottom. Nice showers and ultra-comfortable beds. Great vacation home

This was by far the most well stocked rental I have ever visited. All of the amenities were amazing. The beds sleep amazing, it was like being at home. The owners of the property were very friendly and way to work with. Our family had a great vacation and I would definitely recommend this property.

Gorgeous Historic Adams Beach

Let me just say that this house is even beautiful in person inside and out. It’s clean, cozy, inviting and literally steps to the beach. This house provides EVERYTHING. I didn’t even have to bring beach towels! I loved that Ashley checked in on us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
