This house was amazing and the beach proximity being right outside the door was fantastic. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our family of seven and we had plenty of room and all the amenities you would need.

Fall Break with Family

We vacation with son's family during fall break. Everyone enjoyed our stay at Annie's Song. We needed easy access to the beach and this location cannot be beat.

Slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Annie’s song. The proximity to the beach was really important to us due to having elderly parents with us. This place did not disappoint. You literally walk off the deck onto the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as the upper deck. Plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bed linens. We can’t wait to book this place again!

Home away from home

This is the third year we have stayed here, we love it. The house is in great shape and is very comfortable. The beach is right out the back door, it is phenomenal! Anything we need was just around the corner.

The location and view were excellent.During our stay, July 18-25th, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly, so we reported it and a technician was sent out. However, it wasn’t repaired, and we were hot and uncomfortable all week. Also, roaches were seen in the hall bathroom.

Best bachelorette location

Everyone in the group loved the stay! Sleeping arrangements were perfect plenty of room for 7 people and being right on the beach is a HUGE plus. Great pricing for such a beautiful area and amazing views. My family will definitely be back for our own vacation! Thanks to the host who was awesome and was very easy to get in touch with when needed. Highly recommend!

A little piece of Heaven

Relaxation at it’s best! Great accommodations. The location and private beach can’t be beat. Days start with morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sea. Beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs is included. There is also a custom sun deck on top of the house! Comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended!

Perfect house to celebrate together

We spent a week at Annie’s Song celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation with her friends. The girls walked to Rosemary Beach for coffee every morning. They spent their days on the beach and deck, and evenings in Seaside a short drive down 30A. We shopped in every little town and took sunrise and sunset photos. It was a dream come true.

Family Time

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach home. I sipped lattes and watched the waves every morning sitting in the beach chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you could need. We used the charcoal grill almost every night. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. *The beach chairs set up was an added bonus.*

Never disappoints!

We have been coming to Annie's Song for several years at different times of the year and are never disappointed. The house is immaculate and has all the conveniences we need. We usually don't cook and go out to dinner and breakfast during our stay but if we did, the kitchen is very well equipped! The location of the house is amazing. The sunsets are breathtaking! Thank you Ann for sharing thiis beautiful property with us!

Wonderful Home on the Beach

Great location and house for a family. Perfect for a couple with 2-3 kids, as well as a set of grandparents. The two king rooms are great for 2 couples, and then the queen room and by room are great for kids. The bunk room is really only suitable for small kids though, due to the size of the bunks. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are very nice. The best part was the location to the beach - right outside your back door. Beautiful views and wonderful days at the beach. We will be back

Awesome direct beach access

Even the homes directly on the beach typically have boardwalks (albeit, private ones) with stairs and/or a gate. This property has a great deck which steps directly onto the sand. The best spot for dragging toys, chairs and kayaks to your spot on the beach without steps. The sunroom and back deck are prime for early morning coffee and dolphin spotting. And late evening sunset viewing. Great beds, great kitchen for staying in and cooking. We’ll be back!

The Gulf is Your Backyard

Location, location, location!! Would return for that in a minute. The house had beautiful ocean views from the dining & living areas and really had everything we needed…but to be transparent, it’s definitely well-loved and worn. The back deck is the main attraction and we spent great family time there. That being said, it’s probably past due for some repairs…splintered & rotting wood in places & could definitely use some updated furniture cushions. All & all, for location & price…it was a sweet vacation for our family.

New Years on Inlet Beach

Beautiful location. Relaxed on the beach as much as we could. The weather wasn’t the best, but we didn’t let it detour us from a great time. Lots of fog. I’d never seen that before. Beach is right outside the door. You can even hear the waves from inside the house. Having chair service daily for the beach was nice. The house had everything that’s needed to make our stay nice. We really enjoyed our time relaxing, laughing and making memories with friends.

Great week at Annie's song August 2022.

First of all Annie is so easy to work with. The property is as advertised. Your back yard is the Gulf of Mexico. Could not have had a better week. Mostly relaxed on the beach all week. For the golfers out there. Windswept dunes is about 25 minutes inland and is absolutely in perfect condition and a pleasure to play. Thanks again Ann. We will definitely return!!!
