Such an amazing home to relax and enjoy family time! We were all extremely impressed with the house. The views were fabulous from every deck, the kitchen is incredible, and everyone had the best time EVER!!! Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had. You won’t regret your stay here!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We all had a terrific time while vacationing at this exceptional home. It is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the Rosemary beach area restaurants. The pool was a huge plus as well. Would stay here again!!

Beach Family Getaway

Great location - both for shopping, restaurants and beach! The bikes were a huge plus. We used them almost every day. Lots of room in the house for our group of 7 adults and two kids. We would have loved to stay longer.Best restaurants we tried- Havana (at the Pearl), Cowgirl kitchen for their pizza, Citizen, Tapas and Chocolate and FL Fish House. We also hired The Hibachi Guy. So fun!!

Wonderful family Vaca spot!

Loved this house. Would consider coming back next year. Perfect for our 3 daughters & families. Everyone had a bedroom/bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped. We did cook and use it. Pool was great. Access to beach was perfect. Didn’t have to get into car and drive to beach!

Perfect house for our group!!

Recently stayed at this property with 19 people (11 of them children from ages 4-14) and it was perfect!! Plenty of room to spread out. The view from each balcony was beautiful. Enough parking for all of our vehicles. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the water was perfect (we went at the beginning of August). We will definitely go back

Family Vacation

We had an amazing week at Latitudes and Attitudes! The house had everything we needed and more, and the location was perfect for us. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and the pool area was beautiful and offered plenty of security for our toddlers. Michelle, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and pleasant to work with. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful property!!

We had a wonderful week here! The home is even better than pictured - so clean and well appointed throughout. Bathrooms are gorgeous, two outdoor showers were perfect for all of our kids after the pool and beach. The bunk room boasts two private shower/bath areas, which worked even better than we had hoped for our mothers who shared that space. The third and fourth floors offer breathtaking ocean and dune views, and the living/kitchen spaces were incredibly functional and spacious for our group of 18. Easy walk to the beach from both the right and left of the property. Michelle was a tremendous host who communicated quickly and professionally at all times. She even sent extra pillows and blankets to the property to meet guest needs. Thank you for great memories. We will certainly stay again!

An epic stay in Rosemary!

We were of group of 13 girls visiting Rosemary Beach and this was the PERFECT stay! Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s spacious, there’s plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the pool and outdoor living areas are amazing! The walk to the beach is not far and the beach itself is pristine and the water color is gorgeous. Michelle is a wonderful host and very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a getaway that is peaceful and perfect look no further. Book it- I promise you won’t regret it!

Family Spring Break 2024

What a great property. Location is amazing with a great view of Gulf, quiet location at the end of a road that leads to beach with a short 5-minute walk to a more quiet area of beach. The home is very well appointed and furnished with a nice pool. Management was very responsive to any questions or requests we had.

Awesome home for family vacation

We are a family of 8 adults and 6 children (4 yrs old down to 1 y.o.) The house is big enough for all of us and we used it well. The house is in great condition, clean and convenient. The pool was used every day and we walked to the beach (rented two wagons) every day. The beach is close by and accessible without stairs. The beach is AWESOME. The property manager was easily accessible and answered the couple of questions we had. When our 4 y.o. grandson locked himself in his room, the property manager quickly guided us to the lockbox and spare key to open the door. We would rent here again for sure.

My wife placed her dirty clothes in a white plastic bag. Apparently one of the grandsons mistakenly threw out with garbage. We had several bags of garbage. I would gladly pay finders fee and shipping if someone dares to look through trash, a big ask but I would pay $200.00 plus shi

Fantastic 50th!!

This beautiful house is fully equipped, meticulously clean, and up-to-date. It easily accommodated our big group with plenty of breathing room for all. It has panoramic views of sunrise, sunset, and beach. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes; likewise the bike ride to Rosemary was under 10. Michelle quickly and cheerfully responded to all communication. We couldn't be more pleased and would come back in a heartbeat!!

Fall break vacation

Excellent accommodations and house! No complaints at all about the house. Only problem was location. To call this beach front is incorrect. You had to cross a road and walk a few blocks to reach access to the public beach. There were no houses between this house and the beach, but access was difficult. Beach was quite crowded as well

Awesome 30A Vacation

This property is amazingly beautiful and clean with quick beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for larger families. The only thing we ran into was the description of 7 bedrooms. The 5 masters with separate baths were great and the bunk room was amazing. The 7th bedroom in my opinion was not really a bedroom. It was a large closet sized space with 2 small bunks beds. This presented a problem for us as we had 6 married couples.
