Large home and excellent location. We enjoyed the house and it was a few steps from the beach. It was plenty big to fit our family comfortably. The elevator was very helpful. Only problem we had was when we arrived the pool was nasty and had a bubble like substance in it and the hot tub was cold. I contacted them immediately and he said they were going to get the inspection team to check on it and said the owner controls the hot tub temp which i've never been to a place you have no control over the hot tub. Pool finally got cleaned but the hot tub still did not work the whole time we were there. That was one big reason we wanted a house by the beach. Own pool and hot tub. Was not happy at all. The house does need a little TLC. Paint and drywall was peeling in some places. The grill needs to be replaced its rusted and some of the burners weren't working. The stove in the den on the first floor has a huge crack in the glass. The bathrooms need a good deep clean also. Mold was on some of the tile in the showers.Other than that the stay was great. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was pretty stocked with dishes and such.
