The Ocean is visible from front door and Master Suite.Amsler Cottage is a block from the Pearl Hotel. It’s located in the heart of Rosemary beach. Absolutely beautiful coastal town and beautiful cottage. Our stay in Rosemary is one we will always cherish.

The host/owner is wonderful! Her communication was timely and she provided my family and me with all kinds of information to help make our vacation memorable and hassle free. The home was very clean upon our arrival, has a great layout and is mere steps to the beach. Located on the gulf side of Rosemary Beach, we were able to walk or bike practically everywhere. The house is so close to the beach that walking to and from as desired is as easy as it gets. I highly recommend this property! 5 stars!

Lovely and inviting home

My family and I enjoyed a great week in the Amsler’s home. It is beautifully decorated and they have supplied everything you could possibly need. There is a big difference between an income property and renting someone’s home. We look forward to renting again.

Beautiful home in the heart of RB!

We had a 10/10 stay at Amsler Cottage! Susan was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay at her home for our mother/daughter girls weekend. The house is spacious and stunning, with a perfect location only a quick walk to the beach and 1 block from Rosemary Beach town center. We couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to the 30A area. Perfect house for a beach getaway

This beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. The property manager's communication was exceptional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. From booking to check-out, they were prompt, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean as well as very close to all the rosemary beach shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach house in the heart of Rosemary

My wife and I and three other couples spent a week here to celebrate a birthday - great home (more than just a house) with excellent amenities and warm, comfortable furnishings. Steps away from the beach and all the great shopping and dining spots in Rosemary, yet felt very private and was very quiet. Owners are the most helpful I have ever encountered on VRBO - made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend for couples, families or friend groups looking for a place in Rosemary. Wonderful spot!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amsler Cottage! The location was perfect being just one block from the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owners are fabulous and provide excellent guidance on everything around the house, in town, and even beach chair rentals! Loved every minute, we hope to visit again soon!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked great for our family. Comfortable beds and furniture. Proximity to the beach and shops can't be beat. We had a wonderful winter beach experience and wouldn't hesitate to book with Susan in the future.

Girls Weekend Heaven

What a perfect cottage for a girls getaway! This cottage is so perfectly clean and well-maintained with lots of space to both be together and to find a quiet corner. Perfection in Rosemary Beach!

From my first inquiry about Amsler Cottage, it was very clear that our host Susan wanted us to be happy! She responded promptly and was so helpful about everything from information about the house, beach chairs, baby equipment, and the Rosemary Beach community. The cottage is located on a lovely boardwalk just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach with its many wonderful restaurants and shops. The cottage itself was perfection! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. Every detail was clearly thought of. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms had very comfortable beds with luxury linens and two outside balconies. We enjoyed the outside spaces as much as the inside spaces from the outside courtyard with dining table which helped contain our 2 year old grandson to the porch on the boardwalk with the swing. All of this along with the fabulous white sand beach with crystal clear water made our vacation pure perfection! Thanks Susan!

Amsler Cottage Retreat

Amsler cottage was comfortable, well appointed and lovely in every way, and the proximity to both town and beach was a real treat. Our host went above and beyond to provide us feedback on every aspect of the house and surrounding area proactively, and was responsive and accommodating to any questions we had along the the way. We highly recommend Amsler Cottage for a relaxing retreat location.
