Great House

We loved the house. The house is large with a great floor plan, well stocked, & so convenient to the beach. It also included bikes & chairs on a private beach. Hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home. Awesome location. Perfect for families!

We had 3 generations of our family (8 adults, 2 infants and 1 toddler) vacation here. The home was perfect for our family. Large enough for everyone to have their own space but also large rooms for us to gather together. The home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The outdoor space and pool were awesome too. The pool area felt very private from the neighborhood. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs and a covered area with couches, chairs, a swing and a table. It also had a gate with direct access to the boardwalk to the beach. The location was spot on. A quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach and also walkable to coffeeshops, restaurants, and shops. We rented a couple of bikes with carriers for the kids and biked everywhere. We even biked to the grocery store and put the groceries in the carrier. Booking, check-in and communication were seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or rent this home again.

Good Family Stay

The house worked well for our large family. Lots of beds and bathrooms. A few maintenance glitches with the house. These were addressed promptly with the homeowner. Overall house good. Location and beach access were great.

Exceeded expectations

We’ve stayed at many homes in the Seacrest/Rosemary area- this is our favorite, by far. Can’t beat the location, the appointments, the cleanliness, the communication with owners and property manager, the pool, the comfortable beds, the bikes, the beach chairs. I’ll stop with that but could go on-Can’t wait to book again!

Great location!

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. It’s much bigger than it looks online. We had 14 people and plenty of space for everyone. Access to the beach was so easy! We loved this town and would definitely come back.

Beautiful Home!!

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and we loved it! This house was the perfect fit for our family with the pool (kids loved it!), so close to the beach, such an easy walk to either Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach shops / restaurants. We left already planning another trip back to Sandy Shores :)

Wonderful house

We have been holding a family reunion in the Florida Panhandle every summer since 1981. This was, by far, the best house we ever stayed in. Well organized, well equipped, and very convenient to the beach. The private gate to the walkover makes it very convenient. One of the best features was THREE icemakers. We normally have to take a small ice machine with us but not this year. Plenty of room for games and the porches with a view of the water were delightful. We will be back next year!!

Absolutely amazing!

99 Sandy Shores did NOT disappoint! We had a fabulous experience. The house was everything it was advertised as being. Great space for our large family of all ages. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room to spread out or gather together. Loved the easy access to the beach and especially the fact that the beach chairs/umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each day. Great times around the pool. Short work to shops, dining. EVERYONE loved this house and it made for a fabulous vacation memory. That you Taylor family! We would definitely come here again.

Family getaway

House was beautiful, accommodates 10 adults, and 4 children. In the description it indicates a child bed (twin) in 2 of the bdrms with king size beds (not the case). We will definitely be back. Loved Rosemary Beach!

Perfect family getaway

This house was just perfect for our family and close to everything. Then side porch area was a favorite play area for little grandchildren, and my favorite place to have a cup of coffee before everyone woke up. The property managers were very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time!

Great family house!

We really enjoyed our week at the house. It had a perfect floor plan for our group and having pack and plays and a high chair made the trip so easy with babies. The walk to the beach is just steps and was easy for little kids to go back and forth as needed. We had bikes delivered and it was a quick 5 minute ride to dinner and Sugar Shack which we loved! Overall a great trip and we would definitely come back.

Great house and owners

This is a wonderful house and has all the good stuff. First of all the house is decorated professionally. It’s beautifully done snd the layout is perfect. The pool outside is wonderful width a tv mounted. It was like an additional living space as we spend a lot of time there. The boardwalk is right off the pool and you are literally steps to the beach. It’s hard to find a house with all of these things. The owners are great to work with and very honest and friendly people. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation!

99 Sandy Shores

We loved this home and had a wonderful time. Was perfect for our family’s ages. My husband and I on 3rd floor master. Family of 4 on main floor (35 year old couple with 3 and 1 year old) and single 40 year old on bottom floor. We had beautiful weather so area was really busy for the time but with the well equipped kitchen we could cook and eat at home. We have already told several friends about the home and they have tried to book but unfortunately was already booked at their times.

99 Sandy Shores exceed our groups expectations in every way! The house is beautiful and flowed very well for a large group of kids and adults! The pool was larger than expected and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Great property!!

BEST WEEK EVER!!

After much thought, our daughter and her Fiance'e, decided to have a destination wedding at Rosemary Beach. I knew in order for this to be a success, we had to have spacious, comfortable, accommodations. We could not have been more pleased!! 99 Sandy Shores was the perfect house for our large family! The layout of the house gave each family member plenty of space and privacy, but yet we were all under one roof. It was exceptionally clean and Beautifully decorated. I especially loved the large bathrooms and closets. I also loved the many outside balconies that had comfortable swing and furniture. Our children's favorite part was definitely the outside .The pool was Extraordinary! The colored lights inside the pool and the outside T.V. made our evenings so enjoyable , we never wanted to go anywhere else. Another concern we had when deciding where to stay for our week at the beach, was the location. Our wedding was at the Pearl Hotel, so we wanted to be close . It was the perfect distance! The whole family rode bikes every day for breakfast and even for the rehearsal. We also loved that it was a gated street with lots of other beautiful houses and friendly neighbors. We derfinitly hope to go back next year!
