Just missing one necessity

The communication, the cleanliness, the accuracy of the listing, the location…all made 81 Atticus (almost) perfect! Only miss was enough toilet paper to match up for a weeks stay. For a place that can house up to 10 and has 4 bathrooms, it is definitely a necessity that should be available for replenishment as needed. Otherwise, perfection!! It’s on our list for a return visit.

We had a good time in Rosemary Beach. The house was nice and a great location. Unfortunately, the floors were dirty (unmopped) upon check in and there were several small maintenance issues during our stay including a broken shower head in master, spotty WiFi, and the fridge went out. Made this a 3 star stay instead of 5 star.

This was a sister trip for the books, my sisters and I had a wonderful time. We had never been to Rosemary beach but we'll definitely be going back the house was beautiful and the pictures did it no justice

Great location needs some updates

The location is perfect and the house is lovely. It could use some major updates to the windows so that the sun is blocked in the bedrooms and the layout is a little tough. One of the bedrooms needs to have an attached bathroom for it to work for bigger families sharing the space.

Weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed our time at The Atticus! The house is located very close to the square, so we could walk to most of our activities. We will be back to stay there again! The only thing missing was Roku TV.

Property needs Maintenance Update

The (2) front glass doors that face the street…Roman Shades that are used for privacy were old and functioning …maintenance was called and their solution was to pull the shade to door handle and attach the shade to the door handle. Door handle was half the length of the of glass door. Day and night no privacy from walkers or cars. Dishes are white, they are so old and scratched that knife cuts and fork usage have created black marks that cannot be removed. Sent pics maintenance and was told that owners would not replace. Needed to buy paper plates so that no family member got Sick from plates. Toilets were constantly not flushing. There was a plunger in each bathroom. Sink faucets leaking water and drainage slow. Overhead lighting ….bulbs dead and need to be replaced. Fireplace did not work. Service person not hired by management company had code to house and wanted access to house. Was not notified and refused him access to house. Called management company and requested house codes changed. Which they did. For the dollar amount spent to rent this property for one week too many maintenance issues that were not addressed prior to my arrival.

Wonderful family vacation at Rosemary Beach!

Our family had the best time at this property in Rosemary Beach. The house was great and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to have our own space. The location was absolutely perfect. We walked to everything…beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely go back!!

Good time had by all

Overall the property was a good fit for our family and we had a nice time. The property needs some maintenance. Bricks on back step were not mortared in place causing one in our party to fall…the WiFi did not work….chairs are broken at the dining room table.

My daughter’s 21st birthday celebration

7 of us met to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday long weekend. House was very nice and walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay again. Had a couple of small issues and staff at Realjoy was very responsive.
