  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This place was awesome! It was a great place for our family to stay and will comfortably sleep 8 people. Super clean and cozy and a very short walk to the beach. The host Jeremie was also great to work with! Will definitely be back!

This condo worked out okay for us because we had less people staying. The description said that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed with trundle bed. That is not accurate. It was a full bed in that room. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Perfect location for a family vacation. Rooms are spacious and there's plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Beach and pool are both a very short walk from the condo. We will definitely be back.

Issue After Issue

When we arrived with our family of seven, we started to unpack. We quickly noticed the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom connected to the main floor bathroom and the shower door that was coming off the frame. I sent a message to the contact. He said he would send someone right away but asked me to send pictures. I made three attempts to send pictures per his directions. Each attempt he gave me a different direction to follow. We then noticed the only operating shower was clogged. The handyman came the next day and addressed the clogged drain. He looked at the mold covering the ceiling and said that housekeepers needed to address that. He also stated the door was not anything he could fix. He said we could use it but since it was leaking to put down extra towels. (we were only provided 7 bath towels for 7 people and zero extra for any purpose). We proceeded with vacation and didn't use the second bathroom. On day 5 of 6, the half bathroom sink started leaking. I notified the contact person and did not receive a reply. We did receive the auto reply later in the day about check out processes. I resent the same message about the leaky bathroom sink and no reply. The day of checkout, the kitchen sink started leaking as well. I sent yet another message and did not receive a reply. I sent an overall message about our experience and no reply. I spent a lot of money to have had so many issues. The AC worked well- that was a plus!

Don’t stay here !!!!!!

I wish I could add pictures to this review!!! Left immediately after we found another place to stay. Bugs…stains on beds…sticky floors. Pictures completely misrepresent this property. Again DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Amazing stay close to everything in Panama

Great place and even better location. Jeremy was a great host that was easy to communicate about any issues with property and what to do in Panama. We wish there were pickleball paddles, shuffleboard sticks, or tennis rackets to enjoy the amenities, but overall great vacation spot. Thanks for everything.

Overall a fantastic host and property.

Overall I can't fault our experience! The location was perfect for us and with in a short walking distance. Walmart about a 15 minute walk and then we used an Uber to get shopping back. Rocket lanes was great for the kids and a few places to eat close by. Seeing the turtles out back was amazing and feeding them only brought them closer for us to see. When it comes to the property, it had everything we needed and was comfortable, but there were a couple of things that we were surprised by. The pictures of the property look like it is bigger than it is and that it is newly refurbished. There were a couple of areas needing attention (bathroom and kitchen cabinets mainly), but for what we were looking for it hit the mark for us. Only two things I would advise others looking at renting this property, is to be aware that the two joining double rooms have a glass panelled door between them. I know this will be to let light in, but does not offer privacy for couples. A curtain that can cover the door at night would be a simple fix. Lastly the window covering allow far to much light in, including during the night, again this could be simply fixed. Over all I would recommend this property to those looking for a holiday rental. The host was fantastic and checked in via email during our stay to make sure everything was OK. We would definitely consisted this property and host for a future trips to Florida.

Awesome Florida Stay !!

Quiet day or night, sweet location with a bedroom view of small clean canal and morning Sunshine to wake up to. We where there late Jan to late Feb 2023, enjoyed the beach only a short walk and people that make this area so friendly. We recieved the vehical pass and gate code at the gate keeper , no cost, and the home keypad code was sent to us through the same as reservation and payment connnection promptly. Since our stay was longer than some we requested a vacume and broom since Florida is sandy and they provided them. They offered to clean the unit mid stay, that was nice to have offered. We didn't ask if there was a charge for that. It was easy to keep clean. Heat and cooling maintained easily by itself and we had both 40s and high 70 degree days. The sun comes in on the bedroom side of the unit and the heavy curtains blocked the sun from overheating those rooms : ) Plenty of seating for couch and dinning table and the mirror wall allowed viewing the TV from table even with your back to the TV and lower bedroom could see the TV as well, kind of funny for us !

Such a great experience!! Walked in birthday balloons for me what a surprise and a treat!! Everything was clean and ready for us!! Wanted to stay an extra day no problem!! 5 min drive to the beach and the community was so cute . With plenty of pools and super dig friendly . We definitely will be back
