Though the house was beautifully decorated and matched the description provided, we encountered nothing but problems during our stay. This included a door code that didn’t work at check-in, a broken food disposal full of rocks and food, boxes tossed on top of cabinets, party decor left hanging in doorways, shower doors that didn’t easily open, a foul smell in a guest bathroom and overall just surface level cleaned. But, it was the loaded gun that was found in a bedside table that really tipped the boat, and how the property management team handled the situation and our concerns seeing that we had three small children staying in the home. (Waiting 24 hours to contact us after knowing it was left in the home is not acceptable!) We won’t be renting this property or from Beach Walk again, sadly. (Still waiting to hear back from them after 4 days on how they’ll rectify the situation.)

Charming House in a great location

Overall it’s a charming little house in a great location.Pros:Great location to the pool, beach, shops and restaurants! Our teenage girls loved riding the bikes everywhere. The tram was great, easy, and quick. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size house for our family of six.Cons:Beach area was over crowded for my liking, but it was the week of the 4th. Inlet Beach public access was way less crowded and easy to get to. The house is in need of some updates and repairs. The TV didn’t work with their WiFi. Management company had internet company reach out, but we were at the beach for the day and I was not returning to get it worked out. I was able to connect the TV to my hotspot and it worked for the few days we were there. The management company was slow to respond when there is a problem.

A beautiful week away

This was our second time staying in Seacrest Beach community and our first time at this location. We LOVED the location of the house to everything. Quick walk to pool and beach, easy access to the village, and a nice quiet location away from heavy traffic. The house was very clean and had a nice setup for our kids. We loved the porch and the balcony off the master. I think previous reviews have mentioned this (so we knew what to expect) but the master bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. The door never fully closed unless locked, we had some issues with the shower doors, and the bathroom fan never stayed on without someone physically holding the switch. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

Fall break/birthday

Good location to pool and tram. We are host as well. Recommend: -more coffee cups -more cups in general - few beach chairs/towels/beach gear would be nice - bathrooms need to updated. Saw a review a year or so that recommended as well. -just overall needs a little tlc but otherwise no major issues.

Perfect beach house

We rented this house for a family vacation and had an incredible time! The house was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. It was nice the bikes were part of the rental and the location of the house was convenient to the beach, pool and nearby restaurants. We would rent this house again for sure!

Excellent location and spotless home

We were nestled in between Rosemary Beach and Allys Beach. A tram or bikes took us to the beach 5 minutes away. Everything is walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bakery, and Publix is 10 minutes away or instacart will do the trick. The home was spotless. The manager was available to answer any question promptly.

House was very nice. Comfortable for everyone near stores and restaurants. Liked the tram that took us to the beach. Pool could have been better Everyday they had to close soon after they opened because of accidents in the water. There really should be a separate children’s pool not just a time out. Not enough chairs so people have to be lining up before it opens? Ok

Great house for our small family!

House was well equipped and a perfect set up for our family of 4. Porches were fantastic! Parking right at the front and back door. Short walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Very short walk to the pool. Bikes were nice and new.

Great location! Could use small upgrades.

We enjoyed staying in this property as it was a short bike ride to many restaurants and shops, and the tram was convenient for going to the beach with lots of stuff and two small children. A large walk in shower with a handheld wand would be nice for the master bath and also some new pillows or pillow options. Otherwise everything was great and even with those two things we would definitely stay here again.

Great Girls Getaway Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was super accurate as online listing. Super clean. Beds were comfy, even the pullout couch! Only issue we ran into was at check-in. Our code wasn’t activated. I called the after hours emergency number and was immediately given a code that worked over the phone. Eight girls were in our group. Incredible location to lagoon pool. Tram stop to beach just steps from front door. No issues with finding parking outside our house. Walked or rode bikes to Alys Beach, Rosemary, and the peddlers pavilion area. Overall, great location!

Nice but needs updated

Blue Lagoon is a nice home that comfortably fit 6 adults. While the downstairs is somewhat updated, the bathrooms upstairs need to be updated with new showers, toilets and vanities. It was difficult to step into the tub/shower in the master bathroom. Beds were ok but they need all new pillows in all the bedrooms. Pillows very flat and uncomfortable. If you need a dark bedroom to sleep, bring an eye mask. Master bedroom extremely bright at night with street and neighbor lights. Bikes that come with rental were nice to ride around to shops and restaurants. Once Spring breakers came, there were so many middle schoolers and high schoolers, you couldn’t ride them. They were everywhere! We will definitely be back to the area when it’s not Spring break.

Cozy and Clean Beach Home

This is our 3rd visit to Seacrest and this home was the most cozy place we have rented. In addition, this home was the cleanest, which was very important to us. The home had all that we needed and made our vacation pleasant and relaxing. Also, Oversee, the Management company was extremely helpful and organized from the first to the last day. Love the App as well!
