Another perfect trip to Seacrest Beach

We had another lovely trip to Seacrest Beach and this house was perfection for our group of 14 travelers. It was clean, modern, plenty of space and all the amenities you could want. It is also close to the pool, shops and beach-makes vacation with kids easy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We rented this house as part of a corporate retreat; we rented two of the homes in this row. Six adults stayed in this house - there was plenty of space. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, activities. With 6 guests, needing their own space, an extra half/hall bath would've been nice as the person in the bunk area shared a bathroom with one of the guests in a bedroom. The amenities were good - cute packages for bath essentials, dish essentials, laundry. Thanks for a great stay!

A Family Affair

The perfect place to accommodate our family that ranged in ages from 9 mths to 83. The elevator was wonderful, steps away from the shops and food, and having bikes was so much fun! A wonderful stay!

We Enjoyed the House

The location for this property is right in the heart of the community. Walking distance to the courtyard, pool, restaurants and shops. The house size and layout were perfect. One of the best parts was the responsiveness of the management team. (and the multiple forms of contact). From the initial outreach we made with questions about the home before we confirmed to their immediate responses when we rented the home, upon our arrival and throughout our stay, the management team responded quickly and provided the information with clarity.

Great location; some hiccups

We loved the location of the unit, nestled between Rosemary and Seacrest. The tram made beach trips so smooth! However, the bottom floor bathroom had constant ants and silverfish. The washer and dryer had issues during our stay. Maintenance was able to look at the issue but wasn’t able to fix the problem during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the property should the bugs and maintenance issues be resolved.

Friends Trip

I stayed at CaSEAta with a group of friends. Check in was easy and the home was clean and comfortable. We did not use the beach tram, but beach access was a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the house. Because Hurricane Idalia came during our visit, the pool came in handy for the times of double red flag ocean water and for days we just didn’t feel like getting covered in sand. Finally, the home was close (5-10 minute walk) from several bars and restaurants. Notably right next to Starbucks, Beach and Brew bar, Seacrest Sundries (market with various groceries and also cheap and delicious breakfast and lunch), and Pizza by the Sea. Additionally, for larger shopping trips, there is a nice/newer Publix about a 10 minute drive away. I would stay again during my next visit to 30A.

Great Property

The property worked great for our family getaway. We had 7 adults and one infant. The layout was excellent. Thankful for the elevator. It helped moving luggage up to the top floor. Location is great. Close to everything! The tram to the beach was convenient and we seldom had more than a couple minute wait. Wish there were more dishes! Barely enough for us to have one meal. Had to just buy disposable plates etc. to accommodate everyone. Other than that, the kitchen was nice. Excellent appliances! We would stay here again.

Perfect place near Rosemary and Seacrest!

My husband and I have been coming to this area of Florida for years and we absolutely loved this rental. It’s in a perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The management / ownership is very professional and organized, making checking in and out super easy. We will be back!!

Great Location, Great Vacation Home

This was our 4th time staying in the area, and we extended our trip for additional 7 days at this property. Property is huge, there was only 4 of us. Everything inside is a newer date (since it is a relatively new construction). If you are planning on cooking, there are not enough pots and pans, and generally kitchen supplies. We dinned out a lot, but it is nice to prepare something at your place. Also, make sure you lock your bicycles at all times when not in use, since we had it "borrowed" from the next door teens. Luckily, we figured out, and got it back. There is an elevator in the house, so all your bags and suitcases can be easily transferred to the 3rd floor. That was a really nice feature. While all the other houses in the line (there is a total of 5 or 6) have access to their garages, ours was locked during our stay. Do not order anything on Amazon since it will not be delivered. Whole foods will deliver, but Amazon package gets returned since there is no such address in USPS delivery system. (already went to Post Office and was explained that).

Great location for Beach trip

Location was fantastic and the place was clean. Really enjoyed being able to walk to anywhere within 5 minutes (closer to 1 for most places). The house fit all of us, too.
