Great stay

House was as described. Clean and nicely furnished. We were a little concerned about the third floor bedroom being cool enough for late July but the ac worked fine with the help of some supplied fans. Only issue was the washer machine acted up a little leaving some of our clothes wet when finished. Would have to used the spin and drain cycle to get them dry enough. Also, the dryer lint trap was sticking out and would catch some clothes and tear them. Hopefully this can be addressed easily for future clients. Other than that this house was great. Would stay again.

Wonderful family home

We had a wonderful time with plenty of space! We flew in and so I do wish there were some things like additional salt/pepper/spices/a French press for nice coffee/tupperware/toilet paper, zip lock bags, etc so we didn’t have to purchase all these things in large sizes just for a week and then just have to leave them but overlap was a wonderful stay!

Rosemary getaway

The house was lovely and very clean in a quiet area of Rosemary Beach. We had seven adults and were very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of any extras in terms of little things. Not even a salt and pepper shaker in the kitchen. You will need to buy or bring absolutely everything you need.

Partially Unusable 4th Bedroom / Great Kitchen Utensils

The location of the home is nice, a bit off the town square but very easy 4 minute walk. Included bicycles and space for parking a vehicle was a nice treat. Bedrooms: comfortable mattresses and good bedding. Slightly above average sun blocking Kitchen: This may have the most usable/quality cooking accessories of any Rosemary Beach or Seacrest home we’ve ever stayed out. Good ceramic nonstick, great All Clad accessories (and additional All Clad pans available in the laundry we didn’t use), plates, etc. They even had a slow cooker (which is great if you’re going to be spending all day out at the beach/pool). To note, this kitchen comes with ZERO condiments, spices, oils, etc. Not even coffee filters (which I haven’t encountered ever before either). Humidity Issue: The 4th bedroom (loft) was plagued by either extremely high humidity or extremely high heat, making it an unsuitable bedroom. Per the hvac company the property manager sent out: The home has two whole-home dehumidifiers so you’d think that make it awesome, right? The 2nd and 3rd floor are on the same hvac unit, and the dehumidified air pours out warm air to the third floor. When the 2nd floor is cool (because that’s where the thermostat is, the warm dehumidified air sits in the 4th bedroom. Alternative, turn off dehumidifier for 2nd/3rd floor, get back to 70% humidity in all living spaces, but not melt in the loft. Summary: Wouldn’t return. Not worth paying 4 bedroom prices for a 3 [usable] bedroom home.

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood- walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach

I highly recommend this vacation rental home. This is a wonderful beach house - beautiful rooms, good amenities, great fixtures, and in a very nice neighborhood with walking distance access to shops, restaurants, the beach and neighborhood pools. Please note the stairs to the upper bedroom are quite steep, but we managed fine once we got used to them.

Perfect Home for Groups

We had 9 people in total staying in the house. The house was great for our group, the kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of room in the back patio to congregate and the house is within walking distance to multiple pools and the beach.

Christmas Get Away

This was the most relaxing week we've spent away in a very long time. The home is absolutely beautiful. Secluded from the main streets (30A ) but only a minute bike ride away from Barrett Square and the beach entrance. Beds and linens were superb. Very clean. Just as advertised. Extremely prompt response from manager. Little construction behind the home but nothing that bothered our stay. The beach was stunning. Cooler weather just meant a sweater was needed. We were able to do enjoy a dolphin tour and saw several while out. Will definitely stay again on our return trip to beautiful Rosemary Beach!

Feels like home

We absolutely loved staying in this home! It was super clean and the linens were top notch. It felt like home! I will say that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, so it would be harder for elderly people to be guests. Additionally, the loft stairs would be tricky for younger children. Such a fun space though! We will be back!

Spring Break 2023

We always enjoy our time in RMB, and this experience was no different. Southern Comfort was perfectly located, perfectly appointed, and perfectly sized for our family (2 parents, 3 kids, and 2 grandparents.) It was nice and quiet, yet close to the action. We did run out of propane on day 2 but they were there within an hour to replace it. Ultimately we could not have asked for a better week.
