This is a rare instance where the property is better than the pictures. It is very close to the beach and has great views. We had 5 mother-daughter couples, and everyone had nothing but positives to say about the property. The property manager was very accommodating when we had to shorten our stay due to travel issues. The only negative, which is slight, is that while the property was obviously cleaned before the group arrived, the cleaning could have been more thorough. Maybe that is unrealistic for a rental property to compare it to your home, but assuming the property owner is paying for the cleaning, he/she should be getting their money worth. With that said, it was such a minor, minor negative, and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing location and great property

Perfect location. A 2 min walk to Rosemary, without the crowds and limited space. We only got around on bike or foot and never felt landlocked. Lots of options for dining, shopping and entertainment and we loved not having to fight the traffic on 30-A. The house offered a great view of the gulf, close enough to watch the kids and listen to the waves from the balconies. Upon check in we had a few issues the owner was quick to respond to and address. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the house. The beach view is obstructed by a new construction across the street and the noise was really annoying from the construction. Still a great house in a great location.

We love Barefoot too

This was our first time at the property but repeat to Inlet Beach. The 3 levels made it nice for our family to spread out. Everything was great!

Great Location

The location of this home is great - the beach is just across the street and the pool is also steps away. There are also lovely views from the porch and an upstairs bedroom. The home itself is ok,. We had some small issues with things like towel racks falling off the wall and clogged shower drains. The cleanliness of the home wasn't the best - crumbs, wrappers, old food found under furniture and under cushions, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that the two bunk rooms are on the bottom floor where you enter and exit the home. A rambunctious child who knows how to turn a lock could easily let themselves out without someone knowing. We had adventurous boys in our group, so had to have an adult sleep downstairs with the kids to be safe.

The house is one house away from a beach that isn't too crowded. The house is large enough to accommodate our 11people comfortably. Would recommended highly.

Great location just steps away from the Beach

We recently stayed at this property for 5 nights (2 families with 3 kids... two 2 1/2 girls and a 16 month old boy). It was great, Brenden (house manager) was extremely responsive via text before, during and after our stay. The house is literally steps away from the beach which helped tremendously since our daughter had just been potty trained and we needed a bathroom close by while on the beach. The house comes with 2 umbrellas and 5-6 chairs. We did not have to rent any, which was great. It's a 7-8 minutes walk into Rosemary too. The inside was tastefully done and the balcony had tremendous views of the gulf.... which after the kiddos went down we all went out on to relax. The beds were also comfortable. Overall, the stay was great. The house has everything you need. I would definitely recommend, and we may very well book this in the future! Thanks again, Brenden!
