6/10
The place was very nice/clean and was able to accommodate our whole family. However, the beach access was severely misrepresented. By staying here, you along with all Seacrest village and condominiums are condensed down to an access less than 100 feet wide with hundreds of people piled onto each other. This was worse than any public beach we’ve seen. This does not constitute what “private” access means. The walk is also much longer than described and the gate security is incredibly rude. You only have access at 6 am to begin sitting chairs and you’re not allowed back after 10 pm. I would not recommend this stay or the Seacrest area on 30a.
