Great place and fantastic property owner

This is a great location and the home is amazing. Brett is always super helpful and quick to replay. By far the best home we have stayed in with VRBO.

True Oasis

Have not stayed in Inlet Beach till this past time. I owned a home in Seagrove for 15 yrs. House was amazing, everything you need. V Clean and great location to all the best restaurants. V Close to the beach. The Host was amazing, very responsive and was always working the properties. Would highly recommend this place and I definitely will book again. 10 out of 10!

Great house, prefect for a family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, all 13 of us! The kids loved that they could sleep in the same room, and all the adults had their own room and bathroom. The house was clean and just as pictured. The owner was on site, very responsive, and quickly took care of anything that came up. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

We loved the house, the location, and Brett was amazing and helpful! House could use HOOKS! We had 15 towels and swimsuits hanging in random areas in the home and on bikes in the front yard. The walk or bicycle ride is so quick and easy and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

Great house for large group

This house was great for our large group. We were traveling with 2 couples and 8 young adults. The queen bed bunk room was very comfortable for the 5 young ladies with us. The walk to the beach is short-about 1 1/2 blocks. Beach is not as crowded as some on 30A and that was a big plus. Wish the house had another outdoor space for relaxing and dining. Only real outdoor space is on the 3rd floor. The host, Brett, is wonderful. He was onsite every day and quickly resolved a small plumbing problem we had. It was a great week.

We loved Inlet Beach!

We previously traveled to Destin & Santa Rosa Beach along 30A, but had not visited Rosemary / Inlet Beach area. Wow! It’s a truly special place. Brett’s property was perfect for our three families (with kids ages 2-16). The second family room on the third floor was a perfect additional hangout spot. Our teens enjoyed the freedom of renting bikes and riding around the area. The house was impeccably clean with comfortable beds and an overall great layout. Beach access was very close.

We had a BLAST!!

Our experience with this house was phenomenal. The communication with Brett, the property manager/owner, was amazing. He was onsite and available to answer any questions we had! The place was the perfect size for our family of 16 and we thoroughly enjoyed the location of it! Being so close to the beach, Rosemary, and the awesome restaurants at 30A Avenue was great!! We couldn’t recommend this place any more!! 10/10!!

Great Location New and Clean

Brett was fantastic - best Host ever! The place was amazing - tall ceilings very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach and even shorter walk when you got to the beach. Great restaurants walking distance. we will be back for sure.

Perfect property and location

We had the best week celebrating Thanksgiving and exploring the area. The house was the perfect size for our three families. The beds were super comfortable. The beach was very close. The pool was heated. And we were a short bike ride / walk away from plenty of activities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic House

The house was very clean and the owner was super responsive and helpful. My only suggestions would be to add another full size refrigerator in the laundry room and add more hooks to hang items in the bathrooms. Overall a great house and experience.

Wonderful Vacation

The listing was very accurate and everything is almost new. The beds are all very new and everyone slept very well. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were able to check in a bit early, which was very much appreciated. The only slightly negative thing was how close this unit was to the 4 lane highway. There was a little 'road-noise' that could not really be heard with the television on or in casual conversation. But when going to bed and early in the morning, it was noticeable in all the bedrooms. But it did not detract from our stay. It is only a short walk to the beach and this part of the beach is never really crowded. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it is one reason we like this area.

Amazing preoperty!

Brett was awesome! Thank you for having us Brett, we will be staying here going forward! The property is amazing the house is gorgeous can’t wait for the pool to be done! The beach is a short walk away! And super private that it’s not crowded! Everything is nearby and 30a is just a the street over!
