Amazing property with incredible support

This house was awesome. We were 15 total, 9 adults and the rest kids 10 and under. There was plenty of space. The house was very clean and space for everyone to be in any of the floors. All beds including the bunk beds are either queen or king. We had everything we needed. We walked to the beach every day as it was no more than 4 min away. There is a hidden door to the walkway to the down as well and we were able to walk to Rosemary Beach town in 13 min.Brett was super attentive and ready to help with everything. We really enjoyed our visit and we plan to be back.

Beach Vacation

Beautiful house. Property manager easy to work with. Short walk to beach. Beach was not crowded and access was simple. We had a great time relaxing and escaping the busy day to day stuff. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again next year.

Perfect location

Perfect location to the beach, restaurants, Walmart, shopping and yes to the Emergency Room. House could use more towels (bath & kitchen), pots & pans to accommodate the number of guests staying in the house. Adults complained about the firmness of the mattress, i personally slept like a baby. Host was extremely receptive to any issues & questions resolving them quickly.

Inlet Beach Friends and Family Getaway!

We just returned from an incredible trip to these homes in Inlet Beach, right at the end of 30A… The house was thoroughly cleaned, and had plants of space for 4 families, each with 1-2 younger kids. The pool was much better than pics show, and was great to have in afternoons after the beach. The beach was a short walk, and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to walk and ride bikes through. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a short drive or walking distance. We give this place a 10 out of 10, and also want to thank the Clark family for their incredible hospitality. You are in great hands with any of these homes!

Great Vacation

What a great house for a large group of people! We 8 adults and 7 kids and the house fit our needs perfectly! There was enough space for everyone! It is a quick, easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a quick bike ride away from the 30A strip. This was our first time to the 30A area and this house did not disappoint! Brett, the owner was great! He was on site everyday and was there for anything we needed. If you have a large group, this is a great option!

Awesome House

The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 3 children. Proximity to the beach and amenities such as shopping and restaurants was great. The owner was on site daily and available for questions and advice.

Memorable Family Time

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house on Spinnaker Lane, Inlet Beach! It was just the right size for our extended family of 14, with room for the little people and the teens. The owner was very generous and accommodating. We come to the area once a year with the entire family and we had another special holiday. Thank you!

Spacious 3 story home in Inlet Beach

Nice comfortable contemporary house. Ideal for multi generation family or sharing among three families of friends. Everything worked fine, house is a 10min walk to Inlet Beach and 15 min walk to Rosemary Beach tiene center. Brett was super helpful and communicated well. Had to tentar bikes and Beach gear but obter than that. House is part of a seven house complex that has a nice prívate pool. As we were the only ones there this week, we had the area all to ourselves. Thanks Brett.

Perfect home for family getaway

Loved our stay in this new and well stocked home. We rented two identical units next to each other and it was perfect for our extended family. The owners were attentive to all our needs. The beach is a short walk away with several restaurants in the neighborhood. Would recommend to others!

Great amenities and convenient

The home felt so clean and well laid out. We appreciated having the extras: bike rack/outdoor shower/outdoor grill/cordless dyson vacuum (a must for the sand that somehow always gets inside!). The queen bunkbed room was perfect for kids. Easy 4-5 min walk to the beach and walkable to the shops and restaurants at Rosemary. We loved that this small community of houses has a pool to use as well. The owner, Brett, was great to work with. We were very happy with our stay!

Great place to socially distance vacation!

We booked this property over a year ago and were starting to get worried (and bummed out!) that COVID might alter our plans. After speaking to Brett, I felt comfortable that we would be able to go and still maintain safe. First of all, the house is beautiful and so spacious! Because of COVID, all of the cute design touches were removed, but everything else was still wonderful. My two elementary age sons really loved the arcade on the third floor. Second, this is one of the least crowded beaches on 30A! I feel like Inlet Beach is still a little undiscovered, which I loved. Every morning, we walked a few blocks to the beach and were able to set up our tent spaced out from others. The only thing I would note is that the pool is definitely on the smaller side. That said, it's only shared with 6 other houses. We rarely had to share the pool with anyone else, which was great! So even though it was small, it was more than adequate for our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful, calm stay, away from the main hustle of 30A, this house is perfect. And what's great is that, if you would like, you can quickly walk down the street and be in Rosemary in no time at all!

Wonderful stay w/5 min walk to beach

We had a wonderful experience staying at one of Brett’s properties. Place is meticulous, well-stocked and short walk to beach. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 teens and really enjoyed our experience. Brett is always around to ask a question or if you need something. Everything is new and is in great working order.

Amazing Multi Family Vacation Spot

This home was beyond excellent in every way. It was just as beautiful, fresh, new, spacious, well-stocked as it appears in the pictures. We gathered our entire family from 3 states at this home, a total of 8 adults and 5 children. Bunk room was a blast, bathrooms are HUGE and 3 of them have double sinks. Closets could easily hold a sleeping baby. We cooked all our meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen. We had everything and more than what we needed! The walk to the beach was a simple and enjoyable, low trafficked walk. Our 5 grandchildren even brought their bikes and since these homes are in a secured alcove, they spent lots of time riding around the area. Brett was easily accessible, full of dining option ideas and all around great host! We hope to return in the future. This home is worth much more than 5 stars!

Great Trip

It was a really nice place and a good place to stay for four families. The girls loved the bunk beds and the house was so clean and Brett, the owner, was super kind and would refer this place to anybody and the little town was amazing. We would love to go here again next time!!!

Beautiful modern beach home

Our stay was great! The owner, Brett, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. It's a very short walk to the beach and a very spacious, comfortable home. The arcade was a huge hit with all the kids too!

Wonderful house and host

The house was in a great location of Inlet Beach. We could walk to coffee, restaurants, and shops. Walking distance to Rosemary (less than a mile). Area of the beach was not crowded this time of year. The owner of the property was timely in response to questions prior to our arrival. He was onsite and super friendly at check in. The only negative was the little bit of road noise from Hwy 98 and not knowing to bring extra toilet paper. Had a wonderful weekend getaway here!
