Everything we needed! Great location. Privacy. Loved the quietness of the area. There is a lot of stairs but expected that with it being 3 stories. We had more than enough room. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Conveniently located near everything .Walmart and DG really close. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We like getting a unit with washer and dryer because it’s convenient especially when you have a 5 & 6 year old. Bill was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is a great place to stay and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Location

The host was fantastic throughout our booking and stay. Extremely responsive to messages and request. We would definitely stay here and are looking at dates to return. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place and central location with many activities within walking distance.

The house was perfect! Plenty of room, well stocked,Very clean home! Neighbor was very friendly. The pool as well as the beach were huge hit to the grandkids. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely consider staying here again if we come back!

wonderful multi family home

The perfect house for multi families and families With kids. With all the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, adults could stay up while the kids went to bed. And it was very quiet upstairs for an afternoon nap. The little pool was perfect for little kids. Close to restaurants rerestaurants

Beach lovers

We had a great week. Communication with Bill was easy and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Check in/out was easy and everyone we met along the way was very friendly. The kids spent the majority of their days either at the beach or in the pool. Swimming is their favorite so this was a great spot for them. Only reason for the reduced star is personal preference. We are all pretty light sleepers so some nights were restless from the road noise on Thomas Ave. It also was Spring Break. Overall the house was probably the best stocked house we’ve stayed in. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc in the kitchen and very generous “starter” items such as toilet paper, soap, etc. so you’re not rushing on your first day in to do all the shopping. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Great vacation with family and friends! Although the weather was not perfect, the trip itself was! Great house, clean, great location, and excellent owners to work with! Perfect!

From pre check in communication to our leaving, this was a perfect vacation! Bill communicated check in instructions in great detail so we knew exactly what we needed to know. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for my group. Our group consisted of me, my husband, our two daughters, my son and his wife and their kids(9,7, 6 months). We all had plenty of room, the kids had bunk beds which they loved. You will walk up stairs as all bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors which we knew based on description. The pool is nice but is small. Plenty big for the kids! Getting in through the gate to keep sand out of the house was difficult as the pool pump is at the door but still doable. There were water hoses to hose things off also. The walk to the beach is not far, but I would suggest having a wagon if you are taking many items to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Love this house!

Our family stayed August 3-11, 2024. We enjoyed staying at this house so very much. The property was very clean and very convenient. The pictures are online for the property need to be updated as the aerial picture shows no houses on the beach and there is a lot of property development there now. However The house was absolutely perfect for our family and the size was great. I will say there is quite a bit of road noise as this house is adjacent to Thomas Drive but we were able to adapt to that. This is definitely a house that my family would book again. The location is very convenient to all restaurants and activities.

Great house. Great location. Owner (Bill) was super nice! Called us on day of check/in. Very prompt with replies to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend! 🔟 Will note that there isn’t a grill due to irresponsible renters in the past, but we made it work, and would not prevent us from renting here again. p. s. Great leg workout too getting to third floor 😉

Awesome location

The locationand house was great. The property owner was so easy to talk to and very quick at responding. He even called and made sure the house was in great condition when we arrived. There was plenty of beach chairs! We will definitely book again next year if available!

The property is really beautiful property.

Well appointed, accurately described.

Stayed with 6 family members very comfortablely in this house. Description is accurate, very clean and well appointed house. The beach is fantastic, very wide at this portion. There is not a lot of high rise buildings near this section of the beach. Excellent stay with comfortable large bedrooms and general house areas. Lots of decent sized bathrooms plus powder rooms. Fenced backyard with nice pool.

Friends Catching Up

Everyone had their once space with the 3 different levels. Very clean. Great communication. Close to beach access and a quiet area. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be the beach chairs on the property were falling apart. Great house and would recommend.
