Our family visits every year and this by far was the best This house had everything we needed for 22 people! We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Holiday at the beach

We were all so please with the home, it was very comfortable and well equipped. It was just steps to the beach. The pool was the perfect size. The elevator was very nice for getting the groceries up to the third floor kitchen, it was nice that there was a second kitchen on the first floor when we were by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Beach Vacation!!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay at this wonderful home! We had a group of 25 (Adults, teens, and children). The house was perfect and the owners were awsome from our initial booking and throughout our entire vacation. Everything you can think of for a large group was provided. We did a lot of cooking and I can't think of any pot, pan, utensil or casserole dish that was missing. Bikes for the kiddos, wagons for the beach, starters for all the paper and cleaning necessities -- they literally thought of everything!! Highly Recommend!!

Beach House

Over all a nice stay, close to the beach, clean beach. House was nice too many stairs but nice. Property manager showed up 2 days before we left Shouting and demanding we clean immediately, although there was an $800 cleaning fee. We used Grill and cleaned it although she charges $100 to clean grill. We cleaned almost entire house and outside of house, I have videos of the property before we left and of us cleaning outside washing entire property (pool areas, driveways,house entryway and sides). Over all 4 stars would of been 5 stars if I had not been shouted at and property manager randomly showing up (according to her) with out letting me know

A Little Mermaid’s First Beach Vacation

Before we even arrived Marijane was answering questions and going out of her way to accommodate our family. Our 2 year old granddaughter needed a quiet, dark room in which to sleep. Marijane went to the house to see if one of the walk-in closets would meet this need. She then met us the day we arrived with a Mermaid toddler cot, a Mermaid beach towel, and a blow up pool for our granddaughter ! Our granddaughter loved “her room”, her bed, and her towel. The pool at the home was actually the perfect size for a toddler to learn to swim in, and the wagon and beach toys provided were tons of fun for our Little Mermaid at the beach! The home was one of the cleanest beach homes we have ever visited. A request for a broom, so that we could keep it that way, was promptly met. We utilized a chair and cabana/umbrella service facilitated by Marijane. Even though we had issues with wind tearing down one of our cabanas, our requests for help and new equipment was quickly met. It is also a plus that there is straight, open access to the beach. No stairs to climb on a hot, Florida day! If you want personal and attentive service this home rental is the way to go!

Great Place to spend a week at the beach

The family was able to be comfortable with the accommodations. To be accurate, it should be noted that one room on each side of the house is a combination of kitchen/bedroom. It was a little misleading to call the bottom floor kitchen/bedroom a bedroom. Also, there is only room for three (3) automobiles to park on each side of the beach house. That is important to know. If we would have had seven cars, one of the cars would have had to find additional parking. Overall, we were very pleased with the house. It is not as convenient as having a beach front home, but it was in a good location.

3 weeks at Inlet Beach

We rented the entire 12 bedroom house for three weeks. We had friends and family come and go. We were very pleased with the house, the cleanliness, and the location. Marijane has been a very good host and owner. She was very responsive to every request we asked. I do recommend renting this house especially if you have a large group.

Beautiful and spacious property. We had a sizable group for an extended stay related to a company event and everyone enjoyed the amenities and peaceful surroundings. The property owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended – worth all 5 stars!

Beautiful Home Right by the Beach!! Our Favorite!

We had the best family vacation in years while we were there. The owner, Marijane, made sure we were able to get in to the house without any issues. The whole neighborhood was very family friendly and the house is beautiful. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool, the adults loved the grill , and of course we all loved the proximity to the beach. The beach is walking distance from the back pool gate and the water is gorgeous. The beach itself of course was the main attraction for us, but the house is so perfect that we could have spent our whole vacation inside. We had a couple of rainy days and when it rained we were able to spend family time in the big living room and the kitchen. The kids holed up in the basement game room during the rainy days and watched movies and they said it was fun. The beds are very comfortable and all of the rooms except for the kids room had individual bathrooms with walk in showers (great after a sandy day). The rooms were also immaculate when we got there, I was impressed. There was plenty of storage for all of our stuff and the fridge held all of our food for the week AND THEN SOME. If you have a lot of people to feed though, there's another fridge in the basement that is also very big. In terms of activities to do other than the beaches, we took the kids to Pier Park. It's a nearby outdoor mall, and I'd highly recommend it. There's a movie theater and a bunch of beach shops and restaurants. Also, you can rent bikes from the owner if you talk to her. I would do this because the house is very close to Scenic Highway 30A and all of the cute small towns that are along that road. We took a bike trip over to Watersound beach, it was about a 2 hour ride. If your kids are small and you don't want to go out that way, they will still be able to bike to Rosemary beach, which is only a 10 minute bike ride. There's a candy shop there that the kids will get trapped in for hours, but there is also a local coffee shop there that is definitely worth the bike ride. There are other activities too that we didn't do but we heard people did, the people staying two houses down from us took a ferry boat to shell Island. They said there was snorkeling there, probably worth checking out. I know that this is a long review but there was so much to rave about!! We will definitely be back next year and I just had to let people know about this gem. Inlet Beach is my family's new vacation tradition.

perfect place to enjoy family & celebrate a b/day

The house is amazing and the location was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed everything and our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. Fabulous Property

We were not disappointed in this fabulous property. Our large group was very comfortable in the gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchens had all the amenities we needed - and more. We lounged at the well kept pool or took a short walk to the beautiful beach, where you can walk for hours. Rental bikes are available and we used them frequently to ride into the much busier Rosemary Beach. Marijane and her crew were available immediately with any questions we had. We had never stayed in Inlet Beach before - and we will be back to this quaint and quiet area. Highly recommend!

Great family get-away

Property was better than described on listing. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, superbly maintained, clean, lovely pool area, short walk to the beach, many comfortable bedrooms each with ensuite or nearby bathroom, plenty of pillows and extra blankets. beautiful bathrooms with great shower and water pressure. Kitchen was adequately stocked for all your cooking needs. Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk or bike ride to nearby popular Rosemary Beach without the chaos and traffic. Property owners were very accommodating and friendly, providing great customer service. Would recommend to family and friends and would rent here again.

Such a Great Experience

This was our first time to stay in the Inlet Beach area and our first time to rent a house instead of a condo. We loved it! My family's favorite part was riding bikes over to Rosemary and Alys each day to shop, eat, or just hang out. We rented bikes from an agency that delivered them to the house and picked them back up. (easy!) The house is only a two minute walk away from the beach and pool so it is very convenient. The house is nice, and very well appointed. The outdoor shower at the back of the house is awesome and prevents you from having to wait in line behind everyone at the beach shower. You are very close to Pier Park in Panama City which has lots of shopping and restaurants. There were 30 of us and it was never crowded. What with 4 kitchens, 2 Grills, 2 elevators, and 2 pools, we were never running into each other. Would definitely come again, Marijane has smaller properties as well, it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Awesome family vacation in amazing home!

Awesome! Fantastic! Amazing! This is by far the nicest, most comfortable and accomodating beach house that we have ever stayed in. The house is first class and was a perfect size for my family as well as two of my in-law families. The kitchen was superior and spacious and the kitchen table was large enough so that we could all sit together. The bedrooms were private, quiet and beautiful! The downstairs in-law suite and additional room with bunk beds were perfect for our children. They felt like they had their own private dormitory. The pool was great! The kids spent hours in there!! We absolutely loved Inlet Beach. It's beautiful, quiet and quaint. The house was so close to the beach and it was easy to go back and forth. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful house for our family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family Christmas! The pictures do a great job showing how cleanly it is decorated and comfortable it is - everything was very nice! There was plenty of space for our big family - lot's of common areas (4 kitchen/living areas - one in each basement and one at the top of each unit of the duplex). It was a super short walk to the beach - which was beautiful! And easy access to Seaside, Rosemary shopping areas, etc. I only wish there was a door connecting the two units from the inside top floors. Highly recommend!
