Had a girls getaway weekend here and it's a fun spot. It doesn't necessarily look exactly like the photos. The pool area is much more worn than it looks here in the photos. The canopy above the grill area is broken. All the furniture is pretty worn and faded. When we showed up the house wasn't cooled yet. It took hours for the AC to kick in appropriately. Would have liked to show up to the property with the AC already on (as that's what you are paying for...) Fine print things to know - pool cleaning people come two days a week and without notice ahead of time. We had someone just show up without a text or call and it made us gals kinda uncomfortable. Property management should be texting you ahead of time! Also, there is a fee to heat the pool. Which was almost $300 for 4 nights. Kinda silly to have to pay to heat the pool when you are already paying a service fee... also the spa only heated at night (during certain time frames). Positives is that it is in a great area. Has lots of amenities. Was super clean.

Everything about this property was immaculate and the perfect setting for our graduating senior, a friend, and the rest of our family. We enjoyed the pool and spa each day of our stay and the kids loved the ping pong and cornhole etc. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again!

We had such a great time staying here. The house is even better in person than it is in the pictures. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We’ve done many vacation rentals and this was maybe our favorite. Great layout, clean, thoughtful touches throughout, perfect pool. Only regret was we didn’t go with more people because it would be such an ideal spot for entertaining a bigger group. ACME was also very responsive before our arrival and checked in regularly (even though we didn’t need anything at all once we we got settled in).

The space is perfect for a small group. Privacy for everyone and large common space to gather. The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. Also the place was stocked with everything you need.

We have 4 couples that take a trip in the fall each year together. This house is perfect for 4 couples, with King sized beds and a bathroom in each bedroom. The home was very clean, check-in was easy, and the property manager was helpful. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful and we used the nice grill to make dinner at home one night after having several wonderful dinners out. There are ample chairs outside around the beautiful pool and with the water fountain on, it's very relaxing. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful house, very on theme. Amazing waterfall No music is a definite bummer and some of our guests were really bothered. The house is perfect for large groups or parties. Plenty of sleeping choices and the pool area is beautiful. Issue with waterfall pump was fixed but did take most of the second day to resolve. Overall well stocked with all you need to have fun!

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing pool area with a waterfall & spa. Well appointed kitchen for a chef and dinner parties. Comfortable beds. Overall this house is fantastic for larger groups of friends and families. We hope to rent it in the future.

Myself and our guests really enjoyed the property. We had a minor issue arise with the pool, but it was remedied quickly by a call to property management and didn't effect our ability to use the amenities at all. We had a great vacation and would rebook without hesitation.

Beautiful property perfectly located near Downtown Palm Springs, looks even better in person. Kitchen contains everything you need and more, impeccably organized! Gorgeous neighborhood and the patios in every bedroom are added gems

This is a very large property with plenty of room to spread out. Five large bedrooms, a HUGE living room to gather with friends and a beautiful backyard with a large pool. Best part is that this is a dog friendly property complete with a doggy door! If you want to stay in a place that has a super cool vibe, near town but in a quiet neighborhood - then this is your place. We had 1 small issue and they sent someone out to fix it within the hour. Very polite and quick response. Kitchen has everything you could ever hope for. We loved it.
