Great stay

Location was amazing and the unit was very comfortable. However, their trash rules were vague and confusing honestly. We were instructed to take out the bins on Sunday, which we did, but we still got charged an additional 50? Not sure the logic there but aside from that the stay was great.

Nice Golf Course View

Nice and clean place. Dated. Looks like it hasn’t been upgraded for many years and brings back memories of the rat pack time in Palm Springs. Small thing but would recommend getting a better Keureg coffee maker. And unfortunate that the third bedroom doesn’t have a door on it.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is just as the photos show. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, lots of towels and toys for pool. We used the bikes but the tires were low and your pump didn't have the right valve. We used the grill and would have cleaned the grate but there wasn't a grill brush. Things are in good shape overall but the master dresser drawers are a bit wonky. Loved the proximity to the pool. It would have been nice to have the porch light on for our arrival because it was dark when we arrived which made getting the key out of the box a struggle. Thank you again for a well equipped and comfy place.

It’s a nice older property, a little older and needed few updates. No charging stations, no coffee filters or coffee provided, filtered water would be nice and maybe some updated linens. Everything is pretty much the same from when it was built in the 80’s

Great location

The property was better than pics showed. Updated outside furniture, fantastic views, new appliances and overall very comfortable. Steps away from the pool! PGA West community is terrific. Rozet, the property manager, was excellent. Only downside was neighbor’s dog which was less than friendly and loud at times.

The location was great for us. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and everything needed for cooking. My only complaint is that it is dated. Everything worked, but was old.

A peaceful hideaway!

This lovely rental is well stocked for the avid vacationer. You will love this ultra quiet location with sweeping mountain and spectacular golf views. Our adult family of four really enjoyed our time here. The property is very safe and secure and the subdivision is perfect for walking/running/biking. The management company representative is available for all questions and the rental does have cable service to all televisions. Don't pass up this hidden gem!

Weekend golf trip

This was our first VRBO rental. It was a very pleasant experience with great communication from property manager who answered all of our questions. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, riding bikes thru the neighborhoods, the cooled off each night in the pool.

Property was for the most part clean, however, cobwebs in primary bathroom and patio furniture thick with dust. Believe with wind, the outdoor dust is unavoidable but just seemed to be a lot. Property was peaceful and comfortable and residents so friendly as we walked around the area. Thank you so much !

Nice location

This was a great place to stay especially if you are playing at PGA west. Very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. A great place to come home to after plane 36 holes a day.

Great location - could use updating.

Great location on a private golf course. Could use updating, but was as it appeared in the pictures, and clean throughout. Overall, we were pleased with the rental and would likely rent again. One downside was the neighbors dog repeatedly going to the bathroom in the garden which was two feet from the outdoor dining table. Not a great smell while sipping on morning coffee. We had to remove the droppings ourselves, both days. Additionally, that same neighbor's dog barked most of one day - eventually we closed all our blinds so it wouldn't see us through the windows, which helped a little.

Not so clean

We love PGA West! This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It continues to be ready for a makeover. This time the unit was not so clean - I notified the property manager who was very responsive. The comforters smelled musty, and we did not use them although we were told that they are cleaned after every tenant switchover. It would be a big plus if the owner would allow use of the golf cart that was in the garage. I know most people would be willing to pay for an additional fee for its use. We looked beyond some of the dirtiness as we love the location and PGA West ammenities.
