"Stayed over the weekend from Friday to Monday. Check in at security gate was fast, easy check in using a code on the door to get inside rental, dedicated parking for my car in front of rental. Rental was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including a Keurig! Believe there was some left over stuff former guests had left in the pantry which came in handy. Bedding, towels, water pressure, wifi, AC were readily available for use upon being inside....

"Beautiful condo in prime location, ample room to relax, visit, and enjoy the views. Pool area directly across the street which we used daily for hot tub only. Unfortunately Palmer Residence pools are on rotational heating schedule now which is new these past two years. A quick drive to heated pool several blocks away wasn’t a problem but the listing should be updated to reflect not heated consistently year around."

Condo was located in a gated community - quiet and picturesque - with multiple heated pools and jacuzzi, which was great in November.
