Wonderful getaway

The bond house was perfect for a 40th birthday getaway with friends. The house had everything we needed and was both quiet and also close to everything. We loved the outdoor seating, pool, and comfy living room. We’d love to come back again!

Amazing property, excellent nods to Bond

We had an amazing time at this house, the architecture along with the subtle nods to the bond franchise really elevated the experience being able to not only live the fantasy, but then be able to relax and connect with family. The entertainment space was well laid out, huge kitchen that made food preparation and meals amazing and backyard with a pool and ample shade let us enjoy the hottest part of the day during the summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is. Aside from the incredible layout, design, and decor- it was 110% comfortable. We had everything we needed to have an holiday meal in the glamorous high end kitchen with its top-notch appliances. The house was generously stocked with towels, soaps, cleaning supplies. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked so well- the heating option was THE best. The management team was welcoming and communicated efficiently. We would absolutely recommend this home as one of the best VRBO we have ever used.

Bond House Palm Springs

Bond House Palm Springs is a very special residence. Fully stocked vacation rental, exquisitely furnished, full range of TV channels plus streaming channels. Every detail was covered. Recommend this rental to anyone who wants a first class vacation in Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay at the Bond House and highly recommend it. The house is very well laid out, with a large primary suite, and a secondary suite with two separate bedrooms and baths. The pool and hot spa at one end are excellent and refreshing. They are nicely heated for January weather (which we paid an extra fee for). The house is well laid out for guests. We had a couple visit for a few days, and also a separate couple with a 2 year old visit for a few days. The separate suite made it comfortable for both of us, and quiet. TVs are modern, large and have all the streaming channels. Kitchen is well laid out and nicely supplied with basics, spices, and loads of dishes and cooking supplies. The neighborhood is very quiet, and most restaurants are within 10 minutes drive, and hiking within 10-30 minute drive. Will certainly come back.

The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. The pool was adequate for lap swimming. Beds were comfortable. Property management was very responsive. Loved the water feature visible from the living room! It was a treat to watch the hummingbirds bathe in it every morning! Highly recommend Low Desert and 350 Fusion restaurants at the nearby Smoke Tree Commons (2 minute drive away).

Sophisticated Mid-Century Modern styling with all the updates that made this a perfect Palm Springs escape. Every detail has been thought of, every view maximized! All rooms are very spacious and a great overall floor plan for entertaining as well as privacy. Waking up in the master bedroom and raising the remote control blinds to reveal sunrise on the mountains was magical. Beautiful oversized, well appointed kitchen and large, very clean bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The subtle James Bond references are really fun without being overpowering. Will definitely be staying there again!

Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Palm Springs for 15 years and decided to bring the family together as we were unable to meet during Thanksgiving and we would also be in different places during the Christmas holiday time of year. A great decision to return and Bond House was outstanding. A great floorpan and stunning yard with many great outdoor areas to relax or eat. All around the pool. The furnishings were of a high standard and all rooms provided great comfort and everything used worked very effectively. We cooked at the property indoors and out, we ordered in and we dined out. Having the flowing kitchen dining and living room made this a property you were happy to be in at any time of the day, This is a tastefully updated mid-century home that makes for the easiest of living. Book and go visit!

Good Property, Lousy Manager

The property is beautiful and well kept. The pool and spa are exceptional. However, the showers are not. there was either no hot water or only some after an appreciable wait. Also, there was little in the way of supplies such as soap or shampoo. However, the greatest downside was the lack of communication with the manager. We had a power failure with the oven the first night but could get no response from the manager as to how to fix it. The manager also unilaterally deducted an amount from our security deposit for an alleged stain to a duvet cover that we did not and could not have caused. The amount was insignificant but their lack of response to our call to discuss it was inexcusable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to Palm Springs for 5 years and have stayed in a number of different properties over the years. The Bond House is at the top of all rental experiences. Altamira Vacation Rentals was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, rental agency I have dealt with in all those years. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was perfect upon arrival and Altamira Vacation Rentals was very helpful throughout our stay.We spent plenty of time in the heated pool and relaxing hot tub. The living space was comfortable and made us feel relaxed and we were able to recharge. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom space was better than many of the resorts we have stayed at. If you've been here before, this is the perfect place to stay. If you've never experienced Palm Springs make sure you check out the Bond House, and make sure you take advantage of a morning showers in the outdoor shower as the sunrise comes over the mountains and highlight the amazing palm trees.

Family vacation

We had a lovely stay at the Bond House. The layout worked well for us as a family with a great pool area. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to queries/questions including our last minute request for a later check out. Would definitely recommend this property.
