We really enjoyed our stay at the Bond House. It is very well decorated/designed (one of the better out of many places we’ve stayed), the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the pool area was comfortable (we were often floating). The only asterisk is that the A/C is limited to 72, which was tough for sleeping, so we bought a few fans for the house. Hopefully they’re still there on the next visit!Altamira, the property management company, were great: easy communications, friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bond House and highly recommend it. The house is very well laid out, with a large primary suite, and a secondary suite with two separate bedrooms and baths. The pool and hot spa at one end are excellent and refreshing. They are nicely heated for January weather (which we paid an extra fee for). The house is well laid out for guests. We had a couple visit for a few days, and also a separate couple with a 2 year old visit for a few days. The separate suite made it comfortable for both of us, and quiet. TVs are modern, large and have all the streaming channels. Kitchen is well laid out and nicely supplied with basics, spices, and loads of dishes and cooking supplies. The neighborhood is very quiet, and most restaurants are within 10 minutes drive, and hiking within 10-30 minute drive. Will certainly come back.

Amazing property, excellent nods to Bond

We had an amazing time at this house, the architecture along with the subtle nods to the bond franchise really elevated the experience being able to not only live the fantasy, but then be able to relax and connect with family. The entertainment space was well laid out, huge kitchen that made food preparation and meals amazing and backyard with a pool and ample shade let us enjoy the hottest part of the day during the summer.

Wonderful getaway

The bond house was perfect for a 40th birthday getaway with friends. The house had everything we needed and was both quiet and also close to everything. We loved the outdoor seating, pool, and comfy living room. We’d love to come back again!

Good Property, Lousy Manager

The property is beautiful and well kept. The pool and spa are exceptional. However, the showers are not. there was either no hot water or only some after an appreciable wait. Also, there was little in the way of supplies such as soap or shampoo. However, the greatest downside was the lack of communication with the manager. We had a power failure with the oven the first night but could get no response from the manager as to how to fix it. The manager also unilaterally deducted an amount from our security deposit for an alleged stain to a duvet cover that we did not and could not have caused. The amount was insignificant but their lack of response to our call to discuss it was inexcusable.

Bond House Palm Springs

Bond House Palm Springs is a very special residence. Fully stocked vacation rental, exquisitely furnished, full range of TV channels plus streaming channels. Every detail was covered. Recommend this rental to anyone who wants a first class vacation in Palm Springs

Family vacation

We had a lovely stay at the Bond House. The layout worked well for us as a family with a great pool area. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to queries/questions including our last minute request for a later check out. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home on a great location.

The Bond House will not disappoint. The owners have taken great care of it, the property manager was very responsive and the location can not be beat. The only issue was the lack of blackout shades but other than that it is worthy of 10 stars.

Absolutely Perfect

The Bond House is an ideal home away from home. Everything is 5 star, from the management to the location to the amenities. Started each day with a long swim and soak in the hot tub. Finished each day lounging in the comfy living room with my family.

Wish we could live in this house!

A beautiful and clean house with all of the amenities you need! All of the furniture was super comfortable and stylish. The house had fast/reliable wi-fi, and I had no issues with all of my work Zoom calls (the office provided a great background as well). The pool and spa were really nice and simple to use. The primary bedroom and backyard had amazing views of the surrounding mountains! The neighborhood had a lot of beautiful mid-century architecture all within walking distance. The property managers were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

Amazing rental home

This home is immaculate and very nice. Very modern and clean, everything works and is of high quality. The floor to ceiling windows and garden in the front added beautiful ambience to this wonderful home. We will definitely be returning to the Bond house.

Beautiful and peaceful home.

Home looked even better in person than in the photos. Pool was large and the level of detail in the house was fantastic. More then enough supplies, bedding and blankets. Only item to note was that the blinds are not blackout shades so the house is very bright at sunrise, but otherwise loved every minute at this property. Will definitely return.

Sleek and fun

The Bond house is wonderful. Great architecture, chic but also comfortable furnishings, lovely landscaping of the large lot, gorgeous pool and hot tub and stunning views. My personal favorite "Bond" touch is in the Dining Room. Everything about the stay was lovely.
