Our stay at Yoasis was incredible. The house was literally the perfect configuration for our extended family. Everything was topnotch, from the linens, to the beautiful and functional furnishings, to the kitchen. I actually think you should advertise how well-stocked it is. I have never seen a rental property that offered so many utensils, platters, place settings, pots, pans, glassware... even cloth napkins. I cannot say enough. Thank you again, and I trust you will see us again. Joanne

Cannot say enough about the location, decor, and size of the house. Every room having a king bed is amazing for a group! The kitchen was well stocked to cook thanksgiving dinner also! The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. The heated and fancy toilets were a plus too! We would go back in a heartbeat. The only con we ran into was the coffee makers. Our group LOVES coffee, and lots of it. The house is designed for a large group, so a Kierig is inconvenient. With 5 heavy coffee drinkers in the house, it just doesn’t work. Then the regular coffee pot would over flow and put grinds into the coffee with every brew. After a few days, we resorted to going to Starbucks every single morning so people could get ample coffee.

A group of 10 adults (5 couples) stayed at the property for my wife's birthday. The house was perfect, with enough space for everyone to be together or apart. The 5 king suite rooms (comfy beds) gave people privacy, and the common areas were great for hanging out. We used the bar/lounge for cocktails and the living room for some games. The pool (pay for it to be heated) and jacuzzi were large enough to hold the whole crew, and the general outdoor space was great. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and right along the 18th fairway of the Indian Canyon golf course. We walked the mile to get coffee in the AM (right across from the Ace Hotel) and were about 10 10-minute drive/uber to uptown. We would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a super well-designed home with all the mid-century style you could ask for.

Yoasis is the Taj Mahal of vacation homes. It is a great villa if you want to have a first-class Hollywood mid-century luxury respite. Quiet, lush landscaping, multiple social areas inside and out for entertaining. The beautiful large pool and spa with cabana seating and surrounding yard was like an oasis and very relaxing and quiet. The location is the best in Palm Springs. Close to the airport (10 minutes with no traffic), and the casinos, dining, shopping, golf, museums and hiking are also minutes away. We were five ladies in town to celebrate a milestone birthday. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood . The owners have spared no expense to make this home both beautiful, comfortable and functional. We couldn't have asked for a better girls' trip in Paradise. We recommend this home 100% and hope that we can return someday.

This house was a 10 out of 10!One of the most amazing houses I have rented. The host, Kenny, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Quiet cul-de-sac with a picturesque view. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could need and there was plenty of room to spread out. Would stay again!

The home was spectacular! The attention to detail was off the charts, especially down to the pick your poison highball glasses. The owners did a wonderful job in renovating the property. The design and flow of the house was very thoughtful as large parties can gather and still have privacy. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs, and this is by far the best. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall communication was fantastic. Every room was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend to all friends/family. 5/5.

Palm Springs paradise! Our weekend getaway was pure bliss thanks to this incredible property and property manager. This gem made our weekend unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the traditional art deco architecture, pool, outdoor space, and amazing décor. Our two dogs loved running around the large yard and were in absolute bliss. It was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and an oasis that was ideal for our weekend away. The property manager was on site to let us in and show us around, was extremely responsive when we had questions throughout the weekend and made our experience smooth. We can’t wait to book this amazing property again!

Staying here was easily the easiest and best decision when planning my best friend’s bachelorette party. The property is stunning, clean, and more than enough room for everyone in attendance. Lots of great picture spots. We took refreshing dips in the pool everyday. You can tell a lot of care is put into this property from the details maintained in each room. A very special property. Our property manager, Kenny, was also incredibly helpful before, during, and after our stay. We cannot wait to book this property again for future family/friend gatherings and celebrations. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I’m not prone to hyperbole, but here goes: the Yoasis is amazing. Everything we hoped it would be and more! The property is gorgeous and thoughtfully appointed, from the big things (the ample supply of kitchenware) to the little things (phone/tablet chargers on both sides of every bed, giant basket of pool towels ready to go.) It’s also significantly more spacious than the photos indicate, perfect for delightful dinners or lazy pool days with a big group. We were there for my 50th bday with a mix of adults and older kids, and there was ample room for everyone to spread out. And of course it’s just oozing PS style. The master bedroom in particular is a showstopper. You’ll feel like a star waking up here. (Ok, maybe that’s hyperbolic but you get the idea.) The neighborhood is quiet, safe, accessible, and super friendly. We got a lot of waves and “good mornings!” during our morning walks. And hosts Kenny and John were attentive, communicative, friendly, and professional. You never quite know what you’re going to get with a vacay rental - sometimes the place is great but the hosts are inattentive, or the hosts are great and the place doesn’t work as expected. This place? It ticks all the boxes and then some. We’re already plotting a return visit!

The property was absolute perfection for my bachelorette week. Everything was well thought out and amazingly clean. We did have an issue with the blinds in the master bedroom the first night, and had trouble getting in touch with the property manager, Kenny. It wasn’t until the day before we left (and another email regarding another broken item), that this was fixed. I was not mad about the blinds at all but Kenny seemed more than put out by our mere presence in the home, and made some rude comments to one of my friends and her dog I was not around. The day we left, we were outside waiting on an Uber and Kenny pulled up, barely said hello, and rushed into the house. He didn’t even ask if we had a nice stay or any small talk whatsoever. For the price I would have expected a little more respect and friendliness towards the renters. At least some sort of compensation for not being able to raise our blinds for three days.

No detail was spared at this beautifully appointed property--one of Palm Springs finest. Comfort, class, a breathe of fresh air can only begin to describe this home and the experience we enjoyed while staying here. If you are as enchanted by the photos as we were, you will not be disappointed staying here as it is even more lovely in person, both inside and outdoors (the outdoor set-up made it just a total experience for us!) Property management is professional and wonderful from every interaction, and you can tell they put as much care into this home, as if it was their own.

Our Philadelphia-based, twelve-person, three-generation family used every bedroom, the hot tub, the glorious heated pool, sunbathed in the cabanas, fixed drinks at the welcoming bar, and used YOASIS as our sanctuary for an extended, twelve-day Palm Springs winter getaway. Its design and accouterments introduced us to Mid-Century Modernism, and we loved it. Dry Heats Resort was there when we had a problem with the electrical connection to the heated pool and fixed it immediately. Upon our arrival, they calmly and clearly walked us through the home's idiosyncrasies (all homes have them), showing us how to work each of the TVs, the electric blinds, etc. I would characterize this place and its manager as the best of the best—call YOASIS the 2024 Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs for Palm Springs VRBO rentals!

Our group consisting of four couples and a single friend reserved the YOASIS for Mini-Modernism week in October 2024. Kenny the property manager met us promptly at the agreed time and walked us through the property explaining all of the amenities and the electronics. He was thorough, friendly, informative, and accessible when we had questions throughout our stay. The home is on a cul de sac so traffic is practically non-existent and the setting is peaceful and beautiful with great mountain views. The decor is very chic as this was a featured tour home for Modernism Week in February of 2023. All five bedrooms had very comfortable king beds and ensuite baths. The pool is large and sunny and well supplied with plenty of floats. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any vacation home our group has stayed in, and since many of us like to cook for the group, that is important to us. The home is spotlessly clean throughout. We have been renting different Palm Springs vacation properties once or twice a year since 2015 and while we have enjoyed every single one, we have never felt compelled to return to any until now. Everything about this property suited our group to a "T" and we will likely choose to return to the YOASIS for our next group trip.

The property manager was INCREDIBLE and ensured that all of our questions were answered from the time of booking until departure! The property is beautiful and extremely well appointed! Perfect size for a family of 10 adults (some of which are 6ft7"!) All king size beds with ensuite bathrooms. The home decor is impeccable with a perfect Palm Springs vibe. There is an electric button for everything! Tons of space to stretch out and have your own space. The kitchen had everything you would need and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. (we couldn't find the muddler/cutting board) We truly appreciate the cleanliness and how well maintained everything was. We were happy to wash and dry the pool towels, load and start the dishwasher, and take out all of the trash. Easy peasy! Why 4 stars? Sadly I would love to give the home 5 stars and would if the pool heater was operable. To me the benefit of a VRBO is to increase family time together and less time out of the home because you are enjoying the property. The weather was perfect for the pool but the water was way too cold to use. Outside of that, the home was lovely and we truly LOVED the property!
