This home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear no detail had been overlooked. The decor is beautiful, thoughtful, and elevated, making the space feel both luxurious and welcoming.The outdoor area is a standout and feels like a private luxury resort, complete with a gorgeous pool and spa and breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together.We did have a very minor issue during our stay, and the host was incredibly responsive and took care of it quickly, which we greatly appreciated.An exceptional property with an equally exceptional host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, high-end experience.

Wow! Such an amazing property. It’s a very iconic place to stay and my family and I had such a fantastic stay there (many photo opportunities in every room). Unfortunately it rained the majority of the time we were there but the hot tub was a well used feature. There were a ton of games we found and we cooked up more than we planned due to the rain. The kitchen has everything you can imagine - utensils, pots and pans, dishware and a cupboard full of herbs and spices. We took fun walks around the neighborhood to check out all the cool homes. Hiking trails and the grocery store are a few minutes away. Kenny was a great host and walked us through all the homes unique traits. He responded quickly when we had a question. The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is on a golf course and we had a couple balls in the yard and pool over the few days we were there. The golf course is beautiful to peer over at but with hedges the backyard is very private! We would absolutely stay there again!!!

Our group of friends absolutely loved our stay at this home. The property is gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and truly has everything you could possibly need already stocked inside. The pool and spa were perfect, great temperature and a huge part of what made the trip so relaxing.Kenny, our host, was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire stay, which made everything effortless.Dry Heat Resorts really delivered on their motto of “Better Properties & Personal Service.” We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would absolutely stay here again. This house is truly a design oasis. Far away from the hustle and bustle (but only a 10 min drive from downtown), this house was a dream. The photos match the experience. It is expertly designed and every room felt like you were on set of a tv show house. It had nearly every amenity necessary and a very responsive host. It felt private, safe, and was a perfect stay for our group of 9. The only thing I would note is that all of the beds are very firm. Not a negative if you like firmer beds but always helpful to know!

This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We used all 5 bedrooms/bathrooms & everyone slept well thanks to the spaciousness of the home as well as the comfort of each bedroom. We enjoyed coffee together in the backyard in the mornings and used the pool and hot tub daily. We LOVED having the cabana spaces to sit when the sun became too intense! The location is fabulous - quiet, private and easily accessible to town and local attractions. Kenny is SO easy and wonderful to work with, which also made our vacation at this home great. My family's consensus is that we all love both Palm Springs AND this home! We'd definitely rent it again.

We recently stayed at the YOASIS home with a large family group and were excited for a relaxing trip in a great area of town. The mid-century decor and bold color palette were a fun and stylish touch that made the home feel unique and inviting at first glance. The location was convenient to local attractions, dining, and fun—which we appreciated. However, given the cost for the week (over 1,300 per night), we were surprised and disappointed by how many issues we encountered.We chose not to bring these issues to the property manager during the stay because we were trying to enjoy our time together—not spend it troubleshooting and coordinating fixes and repairs. At this price point, basic cleanliness, functionality, and livability should be guaranteed. Upon arrival, the home smelled musty/old, and it was clear the home had not been deep cleaned thoroughly. We found evidence of previous guests/renters... candy wrappers on the floor, a full vacuum bag, full lint trap in the dryer, used towels behind the dryer, and dirty floors throughout. The kitchen felt sticky and unclean. The master shower had mold and ants, and several rooms—including the kitchen, bedrooms, and master bath—had visible ants and large larvae (or worms of some kind?) on multiple occasions during our stay.The casita was the most concerning. It had a strong moldy odor, warped and decaying wet baseboards, wet carpet, active bugs in the sliding door track, and evidence of water intrusion likely from the outdoo

Amazing home

Our stay at Yoasis was incredible. The house was literally the perfect configuration for our extended family. Everything was topnotch, from the linens, to the beautiful and functional furnishings, to the kitchen. I actually think you should advertise how well-stocked it is. I have never seen a rental property that offered so many utensils, platters, place settings, pots, pans, glassware... even cloth napkins. I cannot say enough. Amazing extended family stay!

Cannot say enough about the location, decor, and size of the house. Every room having a king bed is amazing for a group! The kitchen was well stocked to cook thanksgiving dinner also! The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. The heated and fancy toilets were a plus too! We would go back in a heartbeat. The only con we ran into was the coffee makers. Our group LOVES coffee, and lots of it. The house is designed for a large group, so a Kierig is inconvenient. With 5 heavy coffee drinkers in the house, it just doesn’t work. Then the regular coffee pot would over flow and put grinds into the coffee with every brew. After a few days, we resorted to going to Starbucks every single morning so people could get ample coffee.

A Perfect Home for A Group

A group of 10 adults (5 couples) stayed at the property for my wife's birthday. The house was perfect, with enough space for everyone to be together or apart. The 5 king suite rooms (comfy beds) gave people privacy, and the common areas were great for hanging out. We used the bar/lounge for cocktails and the living room for some games. The pool (pay for it to be heated) and jacuzzi were large enough to hold the whole crew, and the general outdoor space was great. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and right along the 18th fairway of the Indian Canyon golf course. We walked the mile to get coffee in the AM (right across from the Ace Hotel) and were about 10 10-minute drive/uber to uptown. We would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a super well-designed home with all the mid-century style you could ask for.

The Taj Mahal of vacation homes

Yoasis is the Taj Mahal of vacation homes. It is a great villa if you want to have a first-class Hollywood mid-century luxury respite. Quiet, lush landscaping, multiple social areas inside and out for entertaining. The beautiful large pool and spa with cabana seating and surrounding yard was like an oasis and very relaxing and quiet. The location is the best in Palm Springs. Close to the airport (10 minutes with no traffic), and the casinos, dining, shopping, golf, museums and hiking are also minutes away. We were five ladies in town to celebrate a milestone birthday. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood . The owners have spared no expense to make this home both beautiful, comfortable and functional. We couldn't have asked for a better girls' trip in Paradise. We recommend this home 100% and hope that we can return someday.

Perfect Weekend

Palm Springs paradise! Our weekend getaway was pure bliss thanks to this incredible property and property manager. This gem made our weekend unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the traditional art deco architecture, pool, outdoor space, and amazing décor. Our two dogs loved running around the large yard and were in absolute bliss. It was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool and an oasis that was ideal for our weekend away. The property manager was on site to let us in and show us around, was extremely responsive when we had questions throughout the weekend and made our experience smooth. Celebrating our bride to be in PS

Staying here was easily the easiest and best decision when planning my best friend’s bachelorette party. The property is stunning, clean, and more than enough room for everyone in attendance. Lots of great picture spots. We took refreshing dips in the pool everyday. You can tell a lot of care is put into this property from the details maintained in each room. A very special property. Our property manager, Kenny, was also incredibly helpful before, during, and after our stay. We cannot wait to book this property again for future family/friend gatherings and celebrations.
