"When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. When I got to the room after a long day of travel it was basic hotel room. I went down to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through VRBO.. "Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff.
