Family Vacation

Over the 4th of July weekend, my family consisting of 9 adults and 5 kids, spent a wonderful long weekend. Even though Palm Desert is known for it brutal heat, we didnt feel it. The large pool with water slide kept the kids and adults occupied and having fun. There were plenty of water toys awailable too. When not in the pool the large covered patio with ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. Inside the house and casita offered us plenty of room for everyone. The large kitchen with practically 2 of everything offered us ample room for preparing and cooking family meals. The living room with its 2 large tv's and pool table gave us a place to gather to take a break from the heat. The only downside was the BBQ cooked at too high of a heat almost burning our tri tip. The location was secluded but still close to the Zoo and shopping. Everything was wonderful andcmy family thoroughly enjoy themselves. A bonus for my husband, the bird enthusiast, there was a mother Cooper hawk and 3 chicks living in the property which entertained my husband. All in all, a fantastic weekend.

Perfect Place

This villa is truly the perfect "Hidden Oasis" for anyone looking to stay with a large group of friends & family. There was so many options for games, a large pool & hot tub, and plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host are super responsive with text message communication, and went over & beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to host big groups under one rough. Thank you!

Family Gathering

The property is huge with lots of fun amenities such as lawn games, pickle ball, ping pong, pool table, foosball, video games, small gym in garage, jacuzzi, and a pool with slide. The house is also large with lots of space to relax, play games, and sleep. There were many additional twin size beds with foldable frames in the closets which was helpful. The house was stocked with everything needed during our stay (i.e. cookware, towels, toiletries, etc.).The house is tucked back in a quiet community off the main highway.Only issue during our stay was the pool was not warming to the proper temperature however the owners sent out a technician to diagnose and resolve the issue. After that, the pool warmed and was usable. Something to note is the heater is only capable of heating the pool or the jacuzzi at onetime and not both at the same time. So if you want the jacuzzi warmed, you have to message the owner to switch the heat over and then let them know you are done to switch it back to the pool.

Multi Family House - Fun for All Ages!

We surprised my mom for her 80th on a surprise getaway to this beautiful property in Palm Springs with all her loved ones. Joe and Audrielle were incredible attentive to all of our needs and questions. The casida was perfect for the 29 year olds to have their space. We loved the pool table, pickleball court, fire pit, and spa. There was so much to enjoy at the house we had no reason to leave!! I do recommend bringing your own coffee, toilet paper, drinking water, and shampoo/conditioner. The house is very well stocked with everything else we needed. There were so many pillows, blankets, and extra mattresses! The kitchen had everything we needed! I e would definitely stay again! We made great memories!

Ideal stay for a family reunion in a great property

We (family reunion of 8 adults and 5 children) stayed in this fantastic property on new year eve. We were extremely happy with the experience and almost did not want to leave. The property has lots of space for a big family, lots of game activities, is super clean and located in an area that was great for us. The landlord description of the property is more than accurate, we actually had a better experience than we were anticipating. Liaising with the owner was super smooth, via regular messaging to address all the small questions we had. I would greatly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury property where to spend quality time with others. The only issue might be that noise regulation is strict and therefore we had to manage new year eve celebrations without too much noise.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot!

Perfect spot for a large family gathering! We had 13 people, aged 15-85, and there was something for everyone! Joe and Audrielle were so welcoming and extremely responsive to anything we reached out about …they definitely went out of their way from pre check-in to check-out to make everything perfect for our stay! Great for big groups!

Our family was whole extended family was in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect spot for all of us to stay. The big kitchen and ample outdoor space provided areas for meaningful conversations and fun. We would recommend this home for anyone with a large group looking to stay together under one roof.

Fam gathering

We have a big extended family including kids, dogs and an Alzheimer's gramma in a wheelchair and Joe's place gave us space and happiness to be together. It's just a huge and comfy house and guest house, plenty of places to hang by the pool, gather/cook in the kitchen and the kids loved the slide, basketball and game room. We knew there was going to be a power outtage during our stay and Joe made sure ahead of time that we would have a generator and everything we needed to survive the few hours we would be without city power. The place is peaceful and incredible, the biggest house we had ever stayed in, with quiet mountains and desert all around. So good for resting your brain and relaxing with your best people. You will love your stay here.

Celebrating moms birthday

We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and had a blast! The house is huge so each family had space. There was a crib and pack n play for us which helped with the kids. I will say that the lock to the patio was easy for my toddler to open so keep an eye on your kids. The kitchen was big and made cooking for everyone a breeze. The AC was finicky but the hosts were great with responding quickly. They even upgraded the coffee machine and cooking utensils while we were there. Thanks Audrielle and Joe!!!

WOW— Truly an unforgettable stay!

My group and I were looking for a place to accommodate 22 people which can be quite hard to do. We spoke with Joe about the extra guests we would have and he was super accommodating about it! Noting also that this place is HUGE. With a group our size, there were plenty of extra beds that could be set up! The amenities were even bigger in person! The pool was huge and although my group rented this home for Coachella music festival weekend, no one wanted to get ready because we wanted to stay in and relax by the pool! Anytime we had questions such as where certain things are kept or how something worked, Joe and Audrielle were super responsive and were there for us 24/7. Definitely considering this stay the next time I have plans to come back to the area and would highly recommended to anyone! :)

Home was comfortable.

Our family, including young adults, enjoyed the layout of the home and especially the activities available - pool table, ping pong, and pickle ball. It was too cold for the pool, though did use the spa a little. It was an enjoyable week.

Desert oasis

This was an older property located on the outskirts of Desert Springs - nestled near the mountains. Main home has 4 bedrooms with a casita having 2 bedrooms. Lots of living space and a really neat pool area. Pickle ball or 1/2 basketball court with ping pong table, BBQ etc. inside pool table was in the great room. Our family had a wonderful three night stay and managed was really easy to work with.
