We received a cancellation notification 12 hours before our flight was scheduled to leave for West Palm Beach, stating “we are unable to host you”. I messaged the property management team “Aspen” for more details and they have yet to respond (a week later). We scrambled to change our flight, rental car, and search for another rental. We ended up flying to Arizona and had a wonderful stay at a different VRBO. We were told it could take 15 business days for our full refund to hit our account. We love this area, but disappointed in the cancellation communication via email at 9:00 pm before our flight was scheduled to leave at 9:00 am the next morning….other than “we are unable to host you”. We assume it was rain/weather after reading later in the news.
