Definitely will be coming back here if we are ever in the Melbourne area again. Paul was a great host. Communicated before and during our week stay. We needed something that would feel like home and wasn’t to far from the Space Coast Stadium and it was in the perfect spot. Quiet and nice neighborhood as well. Everything worked as it should have. Pool was a PLUS! All our kids enjoyed the pool the most. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

You’ll forget you’re in a neighborhood

We stayed here for just over a week while we had a several day baseball tournament. Each night we would drive through the neighborhood to get to the house, but once you went out back to sit poolside you could easily forget you were in a neighborhood. You have the outside tv to watch while you swim in the pool, once the sun goes down you have the outside lights that make you feel like you’re off on a private resort. The beds were more comfortable than we could have imagined. For once we stayed somewhere in FL where the water didn’t taste like Florida water. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area for baseball or visiting family. You’re close to Wal-mart, Target, grocery stores and several places to eat. 10/10 would highly recommend….. except in July, because we will need it.

Great family oriented home

Property owner was super gracious. Our son walked in the door and set off the alarm. We had driven all night from VA. Couple phone calls and he had us in. (Sorry) We stayed for a week and had zero problems with the house or appliances. Pool was fun and clean, and it was screened in! Watch out on the pool deck, it can get very slippery. It was really cool to have seasonings, plates, flower, sugar and whatnot. One didn't have to go buy EVERYTHING needed to eat for a week. Highly recommend the property and the host!

Perfect place for family stay!

We loved the layout of the house. The pool was well maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool between sight-seeing opportunities. The beds were comfortable, and it was a nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood.

Great house!

We had 7 people staying from ages 7-75! The house is beautiful and spacious. Pool is amazing and great response from the property owner. The house is 30 minutes from beach, 75 minutes from Disney and around 45 from Kennedy Space.

Spring Break in Palm Bay

Really enjoyed our week at this spacious and beautiful home in Palm Bay. Very clean and well appointed. Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Cooked many meals there. King bed in master was very comfortable. Great time hanging out on the lanai and in the pool. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Sons wedding

Traveled with family from Ohio for our sons wedding. Everything in house was perfect. Would very much recommend this place. We had a few rainy days so the only negative would be the lack of TV’s. Only one TV inside and one outside.

Family Trip

It was a very nice getaway for me and my kids aged 24, 19, and 13. The floorplan was perfect for us. The home is actually decorated almost identical to my own which was very comforting. The amenities were great. I donated a beach umbrella for the next visitors to use. Hopefully that's alright.

Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful home with perfect pool for entertaining kids and adults alike! House was impeccably clean and decorated. It was perfect for 3 families staying together. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of space in gathering areas. Owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this house for anyone traveling to the area! 10/10!

Would definitely stay again.

We stayed from 6-19-22 to 6-25-22, and it was great. The place is real nice and I had no trouble getting a hold of the owner. He was even able to show us around because we early. There was 6 kids that went with us and they loved it, especially the pool. I couldn't keep my 8 year old out of it. We will most definitely stay here again if possible.

Wonderful house

We had an amazing stay. The property owner was amazing to communicate with. Very easy overall process, and it made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The house was awesome, and our kids spent most of their time enjoying the pool. We will stay in this listing every time we head to florida.

Great Vacation Home

We picked up our daughter & her family in Orlando and our son joined us for a great week. The house is very comfortable and it was nice to have beds for all 6 of us. The pool was great and we enjoyed having it heated for the week. We went to Melbourne beach about 25 min. away and the trip was easy. I would recommend a nice evening meal at The Islands Fish Grill in Melbourne. The food was delicious. We would love to stay here again!
