"Palm Paradise was exactly as described, fantastic location and close to everything that we enjoy about visiting Cocoa Beach. It took usess than a 5 minute walk for us to go to the beach and walking to downtown to visit our favorite shops was easy peasy. The pool was fantastic abs well appreciated. If you want a pleasant stay, easy to deal with owners and a great location, please do yourself a favor and book Palm Paradise!"

"This was a lovely home and perfect for our getaway weekend. So many little extras that we really enjoyed - heated pool, firepit seating, ping pong table, deck chairs, etc. House was stocked well with extra pillows and blankets, pool towels, toiletries and kitchen appliances. The bed was so comfortable! The location was great - quiet neighborhood with a park across the street and close to the beach, grocery store and nature preserves. One weekend was not enough time to explore and enjoy it all."

"Great location and perfect for families!Nice home in a convenient area , walking distance to A1A, Dunkin’, and other shops. It’s only about 2 miles from the cruise port, which made things super easy. Plenty of space for a large family. We had a great stay!"

"The property may not seem like much from the road but once you get inside and open the balcony shutters your breath will be taken away. There is no better View than the one you'll have. You can watch the sunrise every morning stare at the ocean while you cook your meals. It really felt like we were on a private beach for the majority of our stay. The water was beautiful and clear, sand was soft, four Turtle nests were just in front of us, lots of Birds to watch, and everything you need for...

"The back yard was surrounded by a private fence . The back porch had a gate to keep my soon to be 2 year old grandson from running out to pool. Beach was across the road. We loved the back porch with its ceiling fans and small fridge. Had tons of pool floats and toys. Also chairs for the beach and boogie boards. "

"Our family of 8 really enjoyed this house. It is clean and bright and has a great kitchen and dining room. The back patio is nice with a pool and tiki hut. We had fun and will come again."

"The location is right off the main road, so it is in the middle of everything! They are doing construction on the property, but it really didn’t cause any issues. Our condo was clean and provided a beach chair, towels, and pool/beach toys. The view was very nice and it is easy to get to the beach and pool. Would recommend staying here! "

"Perfect house for our family of 5 and communication was above and beyond expectations. The hosts were flexible and easy to work with. They responded to every message I sent within 10 minutes. The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us "

"This place is amazing!!! They thought of all the small things-tons of blankets, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen and the location was amazing! The pool was our favorite spot. But the oceanfront views from the deck were so incredibly peaceful. Literally your own beach! The hosts went above and beyond. You need to stay here! "

"The house was amazing and had everything you could need to make you feel at home! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The photos really dont do this place justice. The backyard is like a little oasis. I cant wait to book here agian! "
