"This was our second stay at this property. We were at the house back-to-back weekends to prepare for my son's bass fishing tournament and then compete in the 2 day event on 5/18 and 5/19. The house was perfect for our needs as the private neighborhood boat ramp allowed us to launch near our primary fishing location."

"Visiting to ride the Texas State Railroad in Palestine and wanted a family friendly option close to Tyler and on the water. The house has everything you need, loved fishing from the dock and making s’mores in the fire pit."

"Great location! Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy with the siblings. Frank responded quickly to solve our check in issue. Our fishing members were rewarded with a catfish and several perch. And when we went into Frankston, we enjoyed the (surprise) arts and crafts in the town square. Our only disappointment was that the house was not as updated as the one we rented last year."

"The size of the home is perfect for a large group because everyone has their own space. The large bunk room is perfect for kids and teens to hang out together. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake for fishing. I only rated this property 4 stars for cleanliness because the grass was a little tall and the swimming pool area was very cobwebby but this is the lake so it really wasn’t an issue for us. The property managers were very quick to respond whenever I needed them."
